The flat is located in a historic center town building by the market place and it was completely refurbished in 2014 with stylish embellishments such as local tiles (called ´tomettes´), fire place, etc.
It is the ideal location to walk around the center town and discover the local produces (farmers market on Wednesday/Saturday morning, home-made pasta, meat and fish markets, crafted baker, organic shop, traditional cuisine restaurants…). You will have access to all the areas of town in a less than 10 min walk.
The apartment is 60 sqm large and is displayed as follows:
-Corridor with walk-in closet on the left side
-Double bedroom with 140x190 bed
-Salon/dining room with sofa, TV, and table/chairs
-Fully equipped separate kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, washing-machine, dishwasher, oven…)
-Bathroom with shower and double sink

Provence is considered the best region in the world for it's famous Rose wine, and the house is surrounded by the vineyards.
Draguignan where the property is located is a very nice 35 000 people town which offers all commodities. It is located at 30 min from the coast and the Cote d´Azur beaches (Frejus/St Raphael, Ste Maxime), and at only 45 min from the Lakes and the Verdon Canyons and from St Tropez and Cannes. The town is surrounded by lovely Provence type villages, and by a lot of vineyards, which are famous for their Cotes de Provence wine, especially the AOC Rose that sells worldwide (most of them are only few km away).
You don't need a car if you plan to stay in Draguignan as the apartment is very central and you can access any area of town in less than 5 minutes. We will also happily pick you up at the airport or at the train station which is only 10 km away.
A car is ideal if you plan to visit all the area has to offer.

- LE COMPTOIR D´ANTAN: bar/restaurant in Draguignan (rue Pierre Clement), very nice on Saturday lunch after the market or for happy hour
- Cleaning will be done by guests before leaving the apartment, or can be arranged for an additional 40 euros
- As per Airbnb policy, bed and bath linen need to be provided. We thus charge an extra 10€/person for this service, payable after booking through Airbnb.
- Heat: additional 30 euros/week when outside temperature is below 15 degrees celcius
