Unique "glamping" experience! Beautiful tiny home, (10 ft. x 10 ft. with a sleeping loft above),designed by an architect, set on the hillside in rural Ontario, just 4 K from the artsy town of Warkworth. 30 acres with walking trails through the woods, outhouse, warm water outdoor shower, large deck for star gazing, fire pit, small hot tub size cooling off pool in summer.

The space is 10 ft. x 10 ft. with a sleeping loft.

Guest access
The tiny house is located 200 ft. from the main house, guests will have the hilltop around the tiny house to themselves, where they can make a fire (weather permitting), lounge on the private deck, or go for a walk in the woods.

Other things to note
There's heat and electricity in the tiny house, a small fridge, toaster oven, and hotplate. Outside there's a small barbeque, a fire pit (weather permitting), and an outdoor sink and open air shower, with hot and cold water. Please note: THE WATER IS TURNED OFF FROM APPROX. NOVEMBER TO APRIL, DURING THAT TIME JUGS OF WATER ARE PROVIDED FOR WASHING AND DRINKING, BUT THE OUTDOOR SHOWER ISN'T IN USE. There's a screen room off the deck to sit outside during bug season. Please note: NO OPEN AIR FIRES FROM JULY 15- SEPT 15, unless otherwise specified, due to hot, dry conditions. The outhouse is about 50 ft. from the house. It's not a flush toilet, but rather a camping style, pit toilet, kept very clean.) There's 30 acres of walking trails through the woods. You will have the hilltop to yourselves. You'll have privacy, but please note: it's not a secluded location.
