The apartment (47 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat, as we do not charge extra for families.

The apartment is on the ground floor. There is a separate bedroom with two beds that can also be converted into four single beds - there is not much space in the room then - so this is only something for guests who get along well with each other.
