Interaction with Guests
There are 3 rooms rented on AirBnB in this apartment so you will be sharing it with other travelers and explorers like yourself. This is so much fun! We often end up with a diverse group from all over the world coming together for coffee in the morning and drinks around the neighborhood.
Williamsburg is an eclectic and VERY safe neighborhood. You will be right around the corner from vintage boutiques, Michelin restaurants, nightlife, a thriving music scene, food trucks and great transit options, from the water taxi to streets easily traveled by foot.
This building is located 2 blocks from the entrance to the Williamsburg Bridge, so if you are biking (bike rentals 1 block away) or driving you are literally minutes from Manhattan. You will also be 1 stop from Manhattan by either the L train or the JMZ subway lines.

Don't play loud music after 11 PM on Sun-Thur night.
No guns, no fighting, no smoking.
Try and be as cool as you can and everything will be awesome.
Es un lugar muy acogedor, el barrio muy tranquilo y con buenas vías de acceso
Absolutely amazing experience. Easy to check-in, great location, and all around excellent accommodation.
Julian and Tania replied super fast to my last minute request, the instructions to get in were really clear. Great location near everywhere I wanted to go, good access to subway and a short walk over Williamsburg bridge to manhattan.
We had a truly wonderful experience at Julian and Tania's apartment. The space was incredibly clean and private and made us feel very comfortable whenever we were there. Great neighborhood, close to the train, lots of fantastic restaurants within blocks. Thank you!
Great location, clean and pleasant accommodations, straightforward access to the building and room.
julian and tanya's house was very nice. it was very close to the station. williamsburg was a very trendy and fun place to stay. i was only there for a short time but the house was so warm and clean i wish i could have stayed longer. the room was exactly the same as the picture. i was very satisfied with what i got for the price and I would definitely recommend staying here.
Location location location... The location of the apartment is great. Super convent access from the J and L trains. Right in the heart of Williamsburg.
The apartment is comfortable though the shared kitchen lacks natural light but it has all you may need.
It's more like a shared hostal-apartment than sharing a room in someones house. No one actually lives there so you share that apartment with the other guests.

Julian: Jolly, laid back, and open minded (closed to close mindedness). I enjoy thoughts and discussions in the hypothetical.
In a nutshell I prefer "why not" to "why"
On another note, I think cereal is humanity's high water mark, and I mean that in the most complimentary fashion.
Tania: Equal parts actress, intellectual, hippie, and clown. I enjoy spirited discussion, comedy, and carefree dancing.
Also, I am slightly addicted to chocolate.
