About this listing
The B&B RESIDENZA NAPOLI CENTRO (that you can translate in "At the middle of Naples") is in a building of the XVI cent., at the IV floor, in via Sant' Anna de' Lombardi.
In few steps you will be in via Rome and via Toledo, or all other places you want in the city.
From here, you can visit National Museum, beautiful Cappella Sansevero, San Gregorio Armeno (the Christmas' street) and you will be able to catch up - on foot or with all public transports - any point of the city.
All the rooms are equipped with WiFi internet, TV, telephone, bathroom, minibar.
Each morning you can choose between fruit (only by our trees: obviously, seasonally and depending on your request and... our trees availability. Being no fungicides-trees, sometimes fruit is not enough to be picked or need some time more to be good as you dream) and tea, or a typical neapolitan breakfast, with coffee and pastries... or both, why not?
Ask us for our guided trips in Pompei, Ercolaneum, Sorrento or Vesuve, or simply where to go and taste a good pizza or maccheroni! We are here, at your disposal.
In the middle of Naples: it says the word!
CAUTION: FOR RESERVATIONS BETWEEN 2015, JULY 27TH AND JULY 30TH: IN THESE DAYS, THE ELEVATOR WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NOT IN USE, DUE MECHANICAL ISSUES. WE ARE AT 4TH FLOOR OF AN OLD BUILDING, THAT IT MEANS, MORE OR LESS, AS 7TH FLOOR OF A MODERN BUILDING. THIS IS THE REASON OF THE LOWER PRICE FOR THESE DAYS: WE CAN HELP YOU WITH YOUR LUGGAGES, BUT WE CANNOT CARRY THEM ALONE AND... WE CANNOT CARRY YOU DURING YOUR STAYING =)
To start, I couldn't have been happier with the location. I found how close Elia's place was to everything. Especially the old town, Metro, train... Granted I am a walker, and you need to be to really experience Naples. I found on my way out of the city that Napoli Central was only a 20 min walk, and it was was much better than taking the bus.
The room was quiet, large, and the air conditioning was cold. Strong shower, everything clean. B&B is on the 4th floor, but the elevator and an incredible view from the window make it the place to be (above the street).
Had a little trouble communicating with the lady manning the desk on the first floor which made it hard to find the B&B. But I blame myself for not having a reliable way to communicate with Elia when I arrived. Learn a lesson from me, and do not rely on just English charm to make you way in South Italy. A phone (with data), though not a must, will ease your way.
From my experience, Elia provides just what you need, in a great place, and will do his best to help you as he can.
Very nice place. Amazing location. Elia is a great guy who helped a lot with information about the city!
Napoli was a fantastic city to visit, and to stay at Elia's flat just made the holiday even more special.
Great flat and fantastic location.
Elia was super at communication and super helpful.
Un bon spot pour visiter Naples, dans un appartement typique. Elia nous a fait un très bon accueil et nous a réservé un taxi pour repartir à l'aéroport. Merci Elia !
Very nice location, in the old town. Although the neighbourhood is very lively, the room is very quiet as its windows are not on the street side of the building. The view is lovely, neighbours have terrasses with plants, cactus, lemon trees...
It seems we were the only ones to use the kitchen and bathroom though there were other rooms in the flat. The room was big.
Elia was very helpful, provided, train times and generally good advice.
Very nice stay !
Elia and his family were most hospitable making us feel at home even before we arrived. Both Elia and his wife went out of their way to make sure our needs were met and because of that would definitely stay at their B&B again, which is ideally located in the heart of the old city and close to many sights. We consider ourselves quite fortunate to have met and to have been guests in their lovely apartment.

About the Host, Elia
