Cozy little hideaway with modern amenities. Peaceful woodland setting 1/2 mile from State Park hiking, biking, views. Mountain breezes flow through casement windows in our tiny one-bedroom apartment with double bed, plus comfy sofa in living area. Small full kitchen. Shower in bath. Picnic area outside door for morning coffee/evening wine. Safe, friendly neighborhood for walkers, runners, cyclists. One time per stay PET CLEANING FEE for up to 2 pets: $35.

The space
Cute, cozy apartment only one-half mile from state park with hiking and biking trails, playground, scenic overlooks, picnic areas. Near State Park Lodge and Burritt wedding venues and only 7 minutes from downtown restaurants, bars, shopping, breweries, parks, and entertainment district. Space and Rocket Center and Redstone Arsenal are about 15 min. away.

The apartment is small but stylish and comfortable and feels more like a tiny house than an apartment, with its own entrance surrounded by trees and facing the picnic area outside.

Monte Sano is the perfect place to enjoy fall foliage without a long drive to the Smokies. The drive up is beautiful, peaceful, and easy - and only 7 min. from downtown. Our 1600 foot elevation offers cooler temperatures in summer and is most likely to get snow dustings in the winter.

Window unit a/c and space heaters keep temps comfortable. Plenty of parking available. Wifi included and TV has digital antenna and streaming services.
