Neighborhood highlights

Many of the best restaurants, entertainment venues, and drinking establishments are highly concentrated downtown, in close proximity to the building. There is a great Sushi place in the lobby (Wasabi Tao). Excellent pizza including late night slices across the street (Fongs Pizza).

A few steps from the building is a good coffee shop (Java Joes) with food offerings as well. Going just a few steps past Java Joes you'll reach Court Ave, which is the main downtown district. Breweries, sports bars, pubs, good restaurants and more.

In addition there's the new Hy-Vee Grocery store. It's well equipped and about 90 seconds from the building. It has all the basics for food/alcohol/supplies. The store is geared for downtown with a wide variety of fast-casual and carry out food options. If you're looking for something quick and tasty at excellent value, they have a good selection!!
