  • The pros:
-Toni's house is centrally located to Cottonwood, Jerome, and Sedona. You are not far from any of these areas or other outdoor recreational opportunities.
-The view from the deck is first rate.
    - Toni does a good job of welcoming her guests, and trying to answer questions or accommodate needs.
    - Toni stocks the fridge with good breakfast eats.
    - You have everything you need to make your own meals and the appliances are relatively modern.

    The cons:
    - The grounds are not well kept and there is a lot of scrap metal and other items in the yard.
    - The apartment is a bit run down (loose flooring, worn window treatments, doors not closing, worn furniture, stained/worn carpet) and in need of some handiwork and a thorough cleaning.
    - While the views from the deck are fantastic, the plastic lawn furniture on the deck is not. We didn't actually spend any time on the deck because there isn't a comfortable/inviting place to sit out there.

Overall we thought the value was fair, but marginal. For the budget-minded traveler Toni's apartment will probably suit your needs....those with refined tastes will probably be disappointed. The best description is probably "unmet potential."

  • Get away from the hustle & bustle of Sedona - stay at Toni's. Beautiful views, very peaceful, breakfast supplies included - all great! Eat at Bocce, ride the Verde Valley Railway, visit funky Jerome.

  • Toni was a wonderful host. She is a very knowledgeable host and gave us great tips to add to our itinerary. Overlooking the Tuzigoot Monument, her apartment has excellent views indeed. Her apartment is very cozy and Toni's hospitality made us feel right at home. I highly recommend staying at her airbnb!

  • This is a beautiful apartment. The stunning views can be enjoyed from the balcony and through the many windows in the living area and bedroom. Toni is a lovely host. She was very easy to contact and shared her local knowledge of the area. The apartment is well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The nearby town of Cottonwood has excellent restaurants. The apartment makes for a very relaxing stay.

  • The best thing about the apartment is the "Incredible Views" for sure!
Other than that, i would compare it to a glorified hostel: nothing fancy, a bit run down, bordering on a little tacky, and not exactly the cleanest of places we've stayed in. The shower (water pressure) is weak. Not all windows would open; curtains did not fit windows properly. Garbage bin in the garage was a bit stinky.
But it is in a beautiful setting, there is no doubt about that; and a wonderful location just outside of Old Town Cottonwood.

  • The central location allowed us to make easy day trips to Sedona, Jerome, and national monuments, then return to the beautiful view and quiet serenity of this place. We appreciated the coffee, juice, cereal and muffins provided by our hosts. Some of the area's best restaurants are located in Cottonwood, right on the way to the apartment, We loved Bocce. We would return here if planning another trip to this area.

  • We had a great stay at Toni's place. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable with plenty of privacy and great views. Toni was very thoughtful and and had stocked up with juice, coffee, milk and English muffins for breakfast. I don't think you could do better for this price range, I highly recommend the stay and will book again if I am ever in the area.
