The space
This cozy flat is part of the most sophisticated and innovative building built in Medellin.
The apartment is such a lovely loft with big room, king bed, double sofa bed and small studio desk, full bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need to have a nice stay.
There is a 24/7 doorman available, as well as private parking available free of charge. Although it is not a luxury apartment, you will enjoy it as if it were one of them.
Internet wifi, National TV (No cable), elevator (4th floor).
On the top of the building you can enjoy the sky club with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a well-equipped gym.

You can enjoy all the apartment, according to the houses rules. And you can also enjoy the common areas under the building rules.(Gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, wonderfull roof top views, floor 22th. (Note that on mondays the pool is available from the 12:00 to 21:00). This area is allowed just for guests who have already reservation, not for visitors.

NOTE THAT ON MONDAYS, THE SWIMMING POOL MIGHT BE CLOSED UNTIL 12:00 BECAUSE THE MAINTENANCE. THE GYM AND TERRACE IS AVAILABLE. IF THE MONDAY IS A LOCAL HOLIDAY, COULD BE MOVED TO THE NEXT DAY.

Other things to note
As a preventive thing, It is important to get through the apps taxis or public transport like easytaxi / Uber . We can provide upon request a private driver with extra cost paying directly to him.

If you want to have some guest with you, you must make a booking to him/her through the App. Otherwise the extra cost will be USD 25 per night/guest to pay in front of the desk before check in. Remember that the maximum capacity is 2 people because the Covid-19 concerns.

The flat is well located into the El Poblado's heart area, but in a great and a quiet exclusive neighborhood of Medellin, very safe, just few minutes walking to the 10 street, Parque Lleras, which means lovely places, lots of restaurants and vibrants and funny nights. Also you can get easily some of the best shopping centers like Santa Fe, El Tesoro, Oviedo and Vizcaya.
20 minutes walking to the metro El Poblado station where you can get the center, north or south of the city. Even conection with the parque Arví and metro cable.
