Enjoy brunch, dinner or high tea on the Gazebo suspended over the Hudson with a private chef. Explore Hudson, Woodstock....also only 30 mins to Hunter/Skiing/Snowboarding!

The space
What makes our home so unique, it's a one-of-a-kind property, located directly on the majestic Hudson River at a spot that provides massive panoramic views. You'll be able to watch both the sunrise and sunset directly from Smiths Point - year round. You have direct private (we own) river access and we provide plenty of toys for your use - kayaks, peddle boat, SUP and fishing poles. Truly a very special place and extraordinary for the Hudson Valley. There truly is no other rental like it for miles.

Also, if you would like a private chef, please inquire about availability and pricing. Currently there are both brunch and dinner options available (subject to change).

You'll have exclusive access to Smiths Point - which includes upper and lower decks both suspended OVER the Hudson River. It includes your own hot tub, hot sauna & steam shower - all in a very private setting. You have your own set of stairs that lead directly to the Hudson river. You have access to all exterior grounds & gazebo. Seasonally (approximately April-November) we have a dock and you will also have access to that to fish, swim or just hang your feet in the water.

Other things to note
We live next door. We also have three wonderful dogs - Teddy., Tucker & Charlie who are super friendly and love people and other dogs. If you prefer no interaction, just let us know. Not an issue. Happy to oblige.

My husband and I are from the NYC area and love the quick escape the Catskill region offers. We purchased land in the late '90's and worked hard to make our dream escape become a reality. My husband is one of the best builders in the region and we spared no expense to make this one of the finest vacation homes in the Hunter/Windham area. Since then, we have purchased four more beautiful homes in the immediate area. All with unique qualities and offerings. It brings us tremendous joy to share with others our beautiful homes away from home.
