Interested in an active adult community? Why not try it out for a few days this spring.
Come enjoy an evening or two in my modern and stylish southwestern home. You will be set up in a comfortable private room with a Queen size bed and a private bathroom all to yourself.
The common areas include a comfy living room great for conversation, watching a film (on an HD TV) or cuddling up next to my custom built faux fireplace. Take a seat at the breakfast bar and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Want to enjoy some sun with out leaving the property? Read a book or lay out on the back patio. Also great to catch a cool breeze in the evening. Dining table, chairs and a hammock included.
The neighborhood is fantastic and fit for a relaxing time. I am in close proximity to pools, golf courses and tennis/pickleball courts.
In town for spring training? I am located very close to the Texas Rangers and KC Royals spring training stadium.
I prefer retired travelers looking to enjoy some time in the sun. I have a great spot to stay while scouting for a possible move to the greater Phoenix area or specifically Sun City West.
Pets welcome for an extra fee.

Pam was a wonderful host. The house is very clean and peaceful. The coffee was brewed by 6:30 and there was fresh orange juice until there were no oranges left on the tree. I was able to come and go according to my schedule. If I had wanted to cook I could have. I enjoyed getting to know Pam.
We had a great time staying with Pam. Her home and our room were very comfortable. Her home is conveniently situated - on a quiet street and yet close to all activities. Pam was a perfect host always willing to talk and give suggestions when we asked but was sensitive to our privacy. Her back patio is a wonderful place to read, relax, and dream. Fresh orange juice from her orange tree was a nice surprise waiting for us one day. She graciously invited us to be included one night when she had friends over so we got a chance to meet and talk to other community members. This was our first experience with Air B&B and it greatly exceeded our expectations. Thanks Pam. We look forward to seeing you again.
My daughter and I had a wonderful time staying with Pam. Everything was just perfect. We had two seperate rooms, a seperate bathroom, had access to everything in the house, like washing machine and dryer, etc. Pam was supplying us with fresh coffee in the morning, got new towels almost every day. The house was perfectly clean. She was very helpful
and respectful, it was just a pleasure staying with her. We would love to come back again.

Pam was a lovely host, and her house was a real point of interest for me! Besides being warm and friendly, Pam inadvertantly taught me a few things about hosting, like making a little folder for the maps and guidelines that I put out for my own guests. I really enjoyed hearing about how this host remodeled her wonderful home, which could also qualify as a little art gallery. The zeroscaping in the front and back, which she also designed, was another highpoint. My first experience as a guest was really nice, although quite short. The hot, delicious coffee and fresh squeezed juice was great as was the company.
My dad and I had an amazing time staying with Pam. Her place was as advertised, clean, quiet and close to everything we needed. It was the perfect place to stay for out spring training trip. Pam is an amazing host. She was always helpful when we needed anything and was always fun and interesting to visit with. I cannot recommend her and her beautiful home more highly!
I've stayed at a number of Airbnb places and Pam's is my favorite. She is wonderful and I especially enjoyed having the chance to enjoy the community center, pool and and hot tube. My room and bathroom were super clean and appealing. Morning coffee in the quiet sunshine on her back patio was a great way to start the day. If you are considering retiring or you just want to enjoy the sunshine, I highly recommend staying with Pam.
For this stay I was preparing to take a professional exam, and needed to be able to study and reach the test center reasonably easily on the test day. Pam was warm and welcoming. She made me comfortable and relaxed. The tea, coffee and juice she prepared where most welcome and wonderful. I really enjoyed our chats during much-needed breaks from studying, and feel as though I have made a new friend. Well, two. Goldie, the golden retriever was a great study buddy!
I would return to Pam's home again - and highly recommend her and the accommodations.
Thanks Pam for sharing your woderful home with us. As you know it was soooo conveniently close to family and the entire SCW area. I hope we left it in as pristine condition as we found it. Thanks also for letting us use the bikes. It came in handy. We loved the back porch in the evening and the morning for coffee. I tried to keep the ice tray stocked and the water pitchers full. And left ya some good coffee for you to enjoy. Thanks again, Dan and Jeanne and Bentley
