The house condition is good enough comparing to the price. Besides, the house owner, Cristobal is a very nice person. He introduced many local attractions to us, which made our travel much greater. Thus, we highly recommend this sweet house.
Cristobal was a responsive and welcoming host! His apartment was true to the photographs and the location was great (close to a main beach and restaurants). The space is pretty basic, but the AC worked well, and it had all the essentials (coffee maker, refrigerator, pots, pans, silverware, wine opener, etc). My sister and I both slept well--it was a quiet area with the exception of an occasional passing car. Cristobal even left towels for us, and there's a very helpful binder in the kitchen with lots of activity info in the area. He was more than happy to share his favorite recommendations with us as well.
Cristobal was welcoming and jovial. He even left a sweet ripe piece of local fruit - a small welcoming sign. His place was nestled in an easily accessed, close to the Fajardo marina and coastline neighborhood. He greeted me and my party with a smile and some witty humor before leaving the keys and letting us continue the adventure. At the same time, he made some great suggestions on activities in the area we had no idea existed which only augmented our journey. Plenty of room and very accommodating.
Just make sure you turn on the fan if staying in the middle room...it got stuffy, but not to the point that we couldn't sleep. Thanks Cristobal!
Cristobal was a very friendly and unobtrusive host, we had one problem with our room but he fixed it while we were out. The place is good for its price; the bed was a little bit messy (we weren't sure if it had been washed) and the bathroom was old and had some mold. However, the AC worked wonderfully (it was 90 degrees out but perfect inside) and the TV worked (didn't get many channels) and had a working refrigerator and freezer. The best part about this place is the location, it is gated and right next to a police station so we felt very safe. Plus, there are beaches within walking distance which is nice!
Cristobal was great with a good sense of humor. He had great information on activities and restaurants in the area which lead us to some of our favorite experiences in Puerto Rico.
We loved staying at Cristobal's apartment! He greeted us, gave us great recommendations, and answered any questions we had. He left us the best mango we have ever had, right from the tree in the back yard. The next morning we ended up having breakfast with him and loved his company at Las Vistas Cafe!
This apartment is perfectly low-key and nestled in an area of gems. The hidden beach, suggested by Cristobal was incredible and well worth the visit.
The place was really nice, very comfortable. The town it was located in had a really pretty plaza that my friends and I enjoyed hanging out in. Getting the key would have been much easier had any of my friends or I spoken Spanish (and I wish I did!) but after a little back and forth we got the key and the place was beautiful. The bathroom was well stocked, AC worked well, the place was very clean and I was left wanting for nothing. It's about half hour to forty minutes outside of San Juan and way cheaper than the places we could find in San Juan itself. The drive in and out of the city was simple and I'm glad we stayed here instead of in the city.

About the Host, Cristobal
Nature lover, in search to the most fulfilling experience as a person. And as a parent. Live near the beach and adore everything exploration brings to me. Also, loves what tech offers me like full access on my phone etcetera. Life is what you make from it. And what you acknowledge from the obstacles you surpassed in your quest for life.
I share a small area of my property to keep on sharing with new friends what I have got to enjoy over and over.
See you soon!!!!
