  • Cristobal was the perfect host with lots of suggestions of things to do during your stay. He responded to our last minute request quickly. The apt was great, exactly what we needed for just a one night stay. It's super close to the beach and easy to get to the ferry. We had a great time!

  • The apartment was perfect and Cristobal was a fantastic host! The place was very clean comfortable and excellently priced. Cristobal was very knowledgable about the sites, food and transportation of the area. He helped us way past what was expected. We would definitely stay with him again!

  • Christobal as a host exceeded our expectations by far. He helped us in every possible way and was a great company. We lived in a private and very stylish apartment. I totally recommend staying with Christobal!

  • We loved our time in Fajardo at Cristobal's place. He gave us so many ideas of what to do, from great places to eat to fun daily activities. Because of his suggestions, we saw a lesser-known waterfall in El Yunque National Forest, ate at a delicious sandwich shop that we otherwise would've passed by, saw the bio-luminescent bay on really short notice, ate delicious breakfast at a rooftop restaurant, and enjoyed the hidden beaches in Fajardo. We only wish we had more time!! Cristobal is passionate about Puerto Rico and it's natural environment, and he taught us a lot about the biobays specifically. Fascinating! It also seems like he knows EVERYONE so he's a great connection for ideas of what to explore! His place has everything you need to be comfortable and adventurous- snorkel gear, sunscreen, bug spray, a kitchen with everything, comfy beds, a place to park your car, etc. Within a short (albeit steep uphill) walk (or drive), there are restaurants and little food stands along the water. So great. Thank you, Cristobal, we hope to meet you again one day soon!!

  • Cristobal was a great host. The place was nice and close to lots of activities. I'm sure Cristobal will tell you about this place, but when you stay here you have to eat at Las Vistas. They only serve breakfast and brunch and are only open Wed-Mon, so plan accordingly.

  • The apartment is really poor

Cristobal has charged me extra for apparently leaving the place in a bad cindition which is untrue

The host is simply a grub who is just looking to rip the customer off

Do not stay in this place

  • Possibly the best location for those going on a tour of the Biobay. One can just leave the car inside the house gated parking area and walk to the tour meeting area.

Cristobal speaks English and Spanish and his communication with the guests is excellent. He was very helpful before, during and even after my stay when I was stranded and needed help. I definitely recommend him.

  • Cristobal is wonderful! He truly went above and beyond -- buying our ferry tickets in advance and meeting us at the terminal several days before we were even scheduled to arrive at his backyard house. He just made everything simple and easy and provided excellent tips and directions, all while keeping us laughing with a steady stream of quips. It was also a real privilege to learn about his local conservation work and then enjoy the trails he's working to protect.
