Great Jaco House - 1 block to Main Street & 1 more to the beach! You can spend your time getting to know Jaco from the beach, shops, restaurants, bars & more. This all is a quick walk from the house. The house was recently remodeled and has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a spacious open living area. There is a/c throughout. There is ample outdoor space to relax and enjoy the garden and private pool in back. The covered patio has ample dining and sitting areas with a BBQ too.

Our neighborhood consists of some really great people that keep to themselves unless you see them on the street in which case they are more than happy to help answer any questions you may have. Beside our house is a guard house for the neighborhood behind us which gives you a better sense of security although it is a very safe neighborhood.

We are three guys that love Jaco so much we decided to purchase a property there. We think our place has the best location with the best neighbors around! Everything is within walking distance, the beach, grocery store, bars and restaurants! The house is located beside a beautiful park right off the main road. Once you have booked we will be more than happy to provide you instructions for the taxi driver and plan any other activities you may want to participate in while you are in town.
