A lovely historic farm house - nicely maintained. Very convenient to Colgate University. The "guest quarters" are small but comfortable, with lovely little added amenities. Susan and Owen are very thoughtful hosts. A wonderful first experience for my husband and me with Airbnb.

Owen and Susan were very gracious hosts. My Dad and I were attending the HOF Ceremonies in Cooperstown over an hour away so despite not arriving until late Saturday night they were very understanding. We also had to leave by 6 am the next morning but they still had coffee ready and offered to make breakfast but I did not want them to have to go to that trouble so early. The place is just beautiful and the house is a unique piece of old American architecture. I would highly recommend it and would stay there again if ever in the area.

Response from Susan:
We are sorry. We didn't receive any texts. Best guess is that you texted our landline directly. Airbnb monitors our discussions so they - may - have not let your message through. Hope you had a great day at the Hall of Fame. Again, our apologies.

We were in Hamilton for my husband's 20th reunion from Colgate and stumbled on this Airbnb for our stay. So glad we did! Susan went above and beyond in every way. She loaned me a coat when I hadn't brought enough warm clothes and even did a load of laundry for us!! Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and local. It was wonderful to be so welcomed into their home.
