Susan welcomed us warmly and gave us a neat and cozy place to stay on a wonderfully scenic property just up the road from Colgate (where we were visiting). Susan and Owen were perfect hosts, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and great conversation.

My daughter and I stayed in two rooms at Susan's and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was charming and comfortable. Susan dog and cat were also a welcome addition to the home.

A clean and comfortable home located conveniently close to Colgate campus. Susan provides great hospitality, nice amenities with seltzer and water in the room as well as nice shower amenities. She brought coffee and tea to the room each morning as we were getting ready. The farm to table breakfast was delicious!

The home is lovely, and Susan & her husband were delightful hosts. A highlight was a delicious breakfast of yogurt, fresh fruit a veggie frittata, coffee & toast coupled with friendly conversation and a tip on the local farmer's market. The water in these old houses has a slight sulfuric smell, however our hosts provided Poland spring bottles, and a bottle of wine to boot!
