Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Had a great stay at Ken's place last week. The apartment is very close to the subway, as well as plenty of stores and places to eat. Ken is very friendly and a great host- checking in to make sure everything was ok, and offered many suggestions and advice for the area. Would stay here again.

    April 2014
  • Ken was a great host, and kept a clean guest bedroom, bathroom and kitchen for me. The bed was very cozy. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend their place to others.

    March 2014
  • Ken is a great person to stay with! He's quiet, clean, and the apartment is comfortable. I've stayed multiple times with Ken and plan to continue to stay with him on my frequent visits to Manhattan!

    January 2014
  • Quite a nice place to stay. Some things were broken and a bit troublesome to fix but overall not too bad. It is convenient to open the door and checking in and out was easy. The place is close to the 1 Train so it's quite convenient.

    December 2013
  • I and my friend stayed in Ken's apartment only one night but Ken was very nice and friendly. Good location as well.

    November 2013
  • We only stayed at Ken's for one night, arriving late and leaving early. Despite that, he took the time for a long chat with us and was really nice and helpful. Since this was our first night in NYC and also our first airbnb experience, we really appreciate that.
Although the guest room was quite small, it contained everything we needed and we could also use the living room.
Ken is a very warmhearted and open host. Thank you for our first night in NYC!

    November 2013
  • Ken's apartment is very nice and rather clean, the location is very good - close to the subway and Central Park.
The neighbourhood of his flat is really safe.

Ken is friendly and helpful person, we got very clear directions how to get to his flat, the stay in his apartment was a realy good time.

    October 2013
  • Ken nous a très bien accueilli. Chambre confortable. Je le recommande à tous ceux qui veulent partir à New York.

    September 2013
  • Overall good stay in a fine neighbourhood. A little bit noisy during the evening/night.
We had a great time in NYC so we haven't been that much at Ken's place.

    September 2013
  • I had a great stay at Ken's place. It definitely feels like a NY apartment - very cozy quarters - but it is clean and conveniently located, and you can't beat the price in NYC. Ken was very nice and helpful, an overall excellent host!
