I had such an amazing 3 week stay in Venice at Ken's very clean, modern designed, sunny casita. I work from home and so was very happy that it was quiet both day and night. Conveniently located just a couple blocks from super cute and trendy Abbott Kinney. Stayed alone and felt completely safe - no concerns at all! Ken was incredibly helpful and responsive when I needed him, otherwise left me completely alone. I miss the place and CA already...so much so that I'm planning to move to LA full time. Highly recommend this place. First and definitely not the last time I use AirBnB for my travels! Thanks Ken!
The guest house was immaculate and bright with a fantastic outdoor area. The location was very central - I could walk to abbot Kinney, rose and Lincoln. I could not have asked for more. Check in was very easy and the place was comfortable and quiet. I will definitely come back soon and recommend to friends.
I had a great time at Ken's house. The place itself was clean, bright and comfortable, and it was very centrally located. On top of that, Ken was quick to respond to my request and all of my inquiries - even though it was all very last minute. The check-in/out process was also a breeze. Thanks so much, Ken!
Space was great, nice and clean and ready to have guests. We had a nice time.
Awesome Venice beach accommodation!
Ken had everything set-out and ready for our arrival. He even went out of his way to allow us the flexibility to check-in a tad early after a long international flight.
Ken's place was clean, close to all the great Venice Beach spots, had a few great bikes for us to use and was easy to find parking out front for our rental car.
I'll be going back and visiting Ken the next time I cone through LA. Had an absolute great experience living like a local in Venice!
Kenneth's place is exactly as the photos show. It is well appointed, in a great neighbourhood, and close to everything. Kenneth was a great host and made our stay very easy and perfect.
My husband and a friend stayed at Kenneth's apt in Venice and had a wonderful time! They said the apt was exactly as photographed, comfortable even with one of the guys sleeping on the couch, and had a great outdoor area to enjoy the beautiful CA weather. Kenneth has 2 bikes there and for these New Yorkers, that was really perfect since neither of them drive anymore, so they used the bikes every day! The location is fantastic, apt comfortable, access was easy and private, with no need to disturb Kenneth, everything very clear and easy instructions. Highly recommended place to stay in Venice!
Though originally from NYC, after living in California for more than 20 years, I consider myself a native. As a sculptor and entrepreneur, I gravitated to Venice 14 years ago and fell in love with the community, the beach, surfing, mountain biking and the best weather in the world.
