Description

Cozy 300 sq. ft. studio guest house on the Toluca Lake/Burbank border, convenient to studios and tourist attractions. An oasis in a beautiful, safe, tree-lined residential neighborhood.

This beautiful studio guest house opens up to a lovely swimming pool in a spacious backyard. Queen size Memory Foam mattress, cable TV (including HBO & Showtime), Internet, mini fridge, small microwave and coffee maker (no oven, no kitchen sink). The guest house has its own entrance, and is set back from the house, so you have privacy and are free to come and go as you like.

Less than a mile on foot to Warner Brothers Studios, 1.5 miles to Walt Disney Studios and a 2 mile walk to Universal City and the Universal City Red Line Station. 10 minutes by car to North Hollywood, 15 minutes by car to Hollywood, 20 minutes to Pasadena.

We are a mere 15 minutes from the Burbank Airport.

Enjoy our lounge chairs and seating areas in the backyard. We love folks to use our pool (as long as you can swim!) No outside guests, please.
No pets or children under 18. There is on street parking only but plenty of it.

How much we interact is up to you. I like to meet you and make sure you have all you need. After that, I am usually available with a knock on the door or text/phone call but I like to respect my guests' privacy. The backyard is shared but usually you will just see us coming and going.

Toluca Lake/Burbank is ideally situated for a day in Hollywood, the Universal Studios Tour, the Warner Bros. Studios Tour. There is hiking and exploring in Griffith Park. It's a great location.

Walking distance to Warner Bros. Studio where you can go to a taping of "Ellen", "The Big Bang Theory", "Two Broke Girls" and "Mike and Molly." Coming soon to Universal Studios Hollywood - "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter."

And if you want to stay close to the guesthouse, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and stores right down the street.

We all know that public transportation is not great in the L.A. area but we are 1.5 miles from the Universal City Red Line Metro Rail station. The Red Line can take you one stop further into North Hollywood or in the other direction, Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles/Chinatown. There it connects with the Gold Line to Pasadena/East Los Angeles, the Blue Line to Long Beach, the Purple Line to Koreatown, the Expo Line to Culver City and the Green Line to LAX and El Segundo/Redondo Beach.
