Come stay in our luxurious, newly renovated penthouse apartment at the top of a historic Brownstone. It boasts a convenient location just 15 minutes from Manhattan with plenty of cute cafes and seriously good eats nearby. We want to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Perfect for couples wanting a romantic escape. We hope you enjoy this beautiful place as much as we do. :)

The space
The open chef’s kitchen with upgraded Bosch appliances will inspire you to head to the farmer’s market every day to whip up gastronomic delights. Lounge in the Eames chair while watching the OLED TV or listening to music. Relax in the king-sized bed fitted with everyone’s favorite Casper mattress. Take in the gorgeous, Brooklyn-made Workstead chandelier above you and custom Gallotti&Radice Italian lamp by your bedside. Breathe in the fresh air filtered with a Molekule air purifier in the bedroom and leafy plants in every room. Steam away in the massive, open shower while enjoying the feeling of heated tiles under your feet. We have everything you need for a perfect stay..

Other things to note
Also guests without 5 outstanding reviews will require to leave a $300 security deposit. Guest with pets will still have to leave a security deposit.

New to Airbnb or no reviews will be a $500 security deposit

We do in house laundry service for guest for $25 a load. As we don’t let guest in the basement for safety and liability issues.

A flat fee of $120 applies. If you are staying 10 days or longer there will be a mandatory cleaning during your stay.

We don’t have late check-out as we usually have guest checking in the same day and my cleaner starts right at 11am. If my cleaner has to wait and can’t get in at 11am. There will be a charge of $50 every 30mins. So please check out on time. Thank you


If any type of smoke cigarettes or weed is detected, there will be a $950fine.

If you would like a couple of friends (2)to come over besides the ones registered of the time of booking please inform us. (no gatherings)

If rules are not followed you will be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund for the rest of your stay; so please follow the rules. Thank you for your consideration.

The cleaning fee for bringing a pet is $60

If you are bringing more then 1 pet. There will be an additional $50 pet fee for each additional pet you bring.
