Spacious living and dining for 6 guests plus additional island seating. Nice kitchen workspace with all appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and Keurig -- we stock enough grounds and pods for a few cups of coffee, but if you have a serious caffeine addiction, please check the supply the night before!

There are plenty of dishes to keep 6 people fed. We have pots and pans, mixing bowls and a few spices. You are welcome to look at what we have in stock and then make your grocery run. Bigger meals require some of your own investigation. Some guests leave a few things for the next arriving guests, so the supplies change over time!

Outdoor table for 4 plus couch on covered back patio. Gas grill provided. Propane level subject to prior users and periodic refill.

All furniture and mattresses are new. Mattresses and pillows have bed bug protectors.

Grab bars in master bath at toilet and shower. Shower has small step, bench and hand-held shower. Hall not suitable for wheelchair.

My bath products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free and PETA-certified. We launder bedding and linens in fragrance free hypoallergenic plant powered detergent for a peaceful night's sleep.

Guest access
The whole house is yours. Front yard with great view, covered back porch and quiet back yard with extra seating.

The garage is a great space to stow your mountain bikes or outdoor gear.

Check-in anytime by electronic lock.

Neighborhood highlights

The property is nestled in a wonderful, peaceful area to walk and relax. The Chapel area is named for the Chapel of the Holy Cross which is only a half mile away. Neighbors are friendly and enjoy spending time outdoors. The best hiking and biking trails and views in Sedona are in walking distance. You will find a professional hiking map ready to plan your adventures! The side yard is visited by deer, javelina and other animals. It is an amazing wildlife show!

My favorite activities are hiking, mountain biking and road biking. I loved Sedona the first time I came through during my college years. It's such an amazing place.
