Welcome to Bayside Walk. This modernly decorated apartment home is centrally located in the capital of the Dutch side, Philipsburg.
The area is full of life during the day and quiet and relaxing in the evening.
This home away from home will make your daydreams of island life a reality.
Enjoy the lovely courtyard garden downstairs, relax on the balcony looking out to the beautiful garden and plan your day’s adventure on and around this dual nation Island.

The apartment is a large one bedroom (king bed) with ensuite bathroom. There is a guest bathroom as well.
Guest access
Guests can access the apartment through the entrance from Front street or the beach front entrance.
The walkway is gated at both entrances and locked at night. Keys for the gates are provided.
Guests can use the courtyard area with its beautifully maintained garden of tropical plants, flowers and fruit trees.
Depending on the time of year, you’re more than welcome to have a taste of the starfruit.

Philipsburg is busy during the day as it is the location of cruise port. It is quiet at night but there are restaurants that you can visit, occasional jazz concerts during the weekends, happy hour Fridays or casinos.
For nightlife (clubs and bars), Cole Bay/Simpson Bay is where most people go. It is about 10 minutes by taxi (at night, without traffic).
This apartment is between the Boardwalk and Front Street. We have 2 reserved parking spaces directly in front of the property (on Front Street) which can be used between 6pm to 8am (evening).
About a minute's walk away is additional free parking also reserved for us. This can be used 24 hours.

Lives in Virginia, United States
Ludmila is from Sint Maarten and Tim is from Belgium. Tim’s been living on Sint Maarten collectively for 24 years, surpassing Ludmila’s 19 years (an ongoing joke between the two that Tim is more local). They’re finally based on the island after their individual adventures throughout the world and found each other again. Tim manages Gelateria Milano (just downstairs of the apartment) after a career change in the marine industry and Ludmila splits her time between a finance job during the day and as a yoga teacher at night.
They’re both adventurers who can recommend a variety of activities on and around the island or leave you in peace to enjoy the amazing ocean views and relaxing island atmosphere.
