The farmhouse was an enchanting place to stay. The room was nice and clean with a large bed. Breakfast was delicious!
Our family of 4, 2 adults + 2 teens arrived with no problem. It was easy to find! We were met by Ms. Murphy (the grandma.) She was sweet and simply handed us they key and told us about breakfast and let us on our way. The family room was great. It had lots of light from windows and a nice view and all the amenities you might need. We ventured out back to meet the little cows and met Derry. He was so sweet and let us watch the calf feedings and answered all of our farm questions. He even climbed to the barn loft and brought down a baby kitten for us to see. He was sincere and delightful.
In the morning we met Mary the daughter at breakfast time. She greeted us warmly and gave us an ample breakfast menu. There was eggs of all kinds, full Irish breakfast as well as continental and the most delicious fruit scones. My favorite scones of the whole trip. Let me just say that Mary was awesome. She treated us like family and made us feel very welcome in the family home. The only slight negative was the spotty/weak wifi but honestly, I'd stay again 100 times even if there were no wifi. You are staying in a home that still does things the old fashioned way. The bedding is washed by hand and food made from scratch. The surroundings are stunning and Lassie the dog is so well behaved and even escorted us on a walk one afternoon. Please don't hesitate to book here. It is a very special home filled with love, pride and memories. We hope to return again someday.
Beautiful, clean and warm! Very good breakfast and nice welcome from the ladies.
Even or particulary in pouring irish rain a cosy and really tasteful B&B with delightful breakfast and very hospitable owners. A perfect "base-camp" for exploration of Dingle's wild beauty.
Real professional bnb, Mary and the family are all lovely and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was delicious. Highly recommend :)
