It is very rustic and a quiet farm getaway. 4WD or AWD required to get to the cabins. We are accepting reservations for folks who want to volunteer in the area for continued clean up efforts. We are a husband / wife team who left the city and purchased Mountainside in May of 2018 - 40 acres with 5 custom built, rustic, cabins on a single lane, mountain, dirt road that has been been in business for over 30 years. Since Helene, we have become Mountainside Homestead Ministries - a 508(c)(1)(a) Our town is recovering from Helene - please consider staying with us and volunteering in town with the rebuilding and clean up efforts.
