The apartment (55 sqm) is close to the beautiful Volksgarten in Cologne. Right outside the front door is the KVB line 12, with which you can reach Barbarossaplatz in just 3 stations and Rudolfplatz in 5 stations. From there you can take a direct train towards Cologne main station or trade fair.

The apartment is perfect for 2-3 people (third person would have to sleep on the couch - comfortable topper available).

The space
Renovated attic apartment in Cologne with cathedral view directly on the Volksgarten & Südstadion.

We rent our condominium, in which we have lived for a long time ourselves and now rent it to guests who hopefully enjoy the stay just as much as we have appreciated this undisturbed but very central residential location.

Connection:
You will stay right by the Südstadion and are within walking distance of about 1.5 km in the beautiful Südstadt, which is peppered with bars, cafes and restaurants. Also in our street you will find shops (Lidl, Rewe, DM...) in just a few minutes' walk, restaurants and beautiful parks. Right outside the door, the tram/KVB (line 12) runs in just 3 stations (approx. 5 minutes) to Barbarossaplatz, Zülpicher Platz and Rudolfplatz, from there you are in just a few minutes' walk to the city center. By bike you can reach everything there is to see in Cologne in no time. You can also safely park your bike in the bicycle cellar. Parking is available free of charge right outside the door at the Südstadion.

The apartment is on the 4th floor (top floor) with beautiful sun and south balcony to the courtyard and views of Cologne Cathedral. Don't worry, you don't have to walk. There's an elevator.

The sleeping and living area are equipped with a room divider, double bed (140x200), sofa (which a third person can sleep on), desk and beautiful sun balcony with lounge furniture.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need and you also have a large table for a dinner with friends.
