We live locally so are on hand if there are any problems, but leave you to enjoy your time in Hastings and Pottings.
A beautifully renovated cottage right in the heart of the old town, where I felt instantly at home. It is thoughtfully equipped, elegantly and interestingly furnished, comfortable and very light and airy upstairs. It was very nice to be welcomed with essential provisions and lots of useful local information. Helen was a helpful and available host. I had a lovely few days there and would definitely like to return.
An amazing New Year in the Potting Cottage ! We loved the homely feel and felt a sense of the history of Hastings.
Lovely little cottage, right in the centre of the old town. Stone's throw away from the beach and all the best seafood restaurants. We were lucky to be there during the Old Town Festival which meant the streets were full of pram races, parties and live music.
Cottage has everything you need and the world's comfiest bed!
Love to stay again.
Lovely old cottage, I could just imagine the Fishermen potting up her each day. Very well presented. We were cooking for ourselves in the cottage and found everything we needed including utensils and some extra spices, a nice surprise not to have a place with the bare minimum made available. Spending the evenings in front of the wood burner listening to the seagulls was magical. A little surprised to be woken early by the Fishermen next door but we should have expected it as they are such early risers. Loved Hastings and the surrounding area, a beautiful few days.
Having lived and worked in central London for 28 years in 2011 my partner and I decided to make a leap and moved to Hastings, best thing ever.... We look forward to welcoming you to our holiday cottage which we have renovated.
