Welcome to The Lily Pad! Beautiful country setting 40 minutes from Nashville. One-bedroom apartment with full kitchen, dining area, living room and en suite bath. Also enjoy our gorgeous swimming pond!

The space
Welcome to The Lily Pad, located in a beautiful country setting just a quick 40 minute drive from Nashville.

Please note that there is a small Bar and Grille about 2 minutes away that serves very good food. Also Keystop (1 minute away) provides takeout pizza and chicken. Other than that, the closest restaurant is about a 15 minute drive. The apartment does have a full kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals!

Our listing includes a cozy, approximately 650-SF one-bedroom apartment attached to the back of our home. It is a totally separate, private space with its own entrance. It features a full kitchen, dining area, comfy living room with a 60-inch smart TV, and bedroom featuring a queen size Tempur-Pedic bed and En suite bath.

If you’re visiting Nashville, but looking for a quiet get-away -- away from the hustle and bustle at the end of a long day – The Lily Pad is the place for you!

If you enjoy the outdoors and being in nature, start by enjoying a glass of wine at our small bistro table in the back yard, right outside your door, or head to the swimming pond for a dip. We also have a rustic fire pit for cool evenings, and 30 acres for walking and exploring.

Our crystal clear natural swimming pool is a great place to spend your time! Enjoy your morning coffee, swim, tan, or just contemplate whatever’s on your mind. We provide beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs to enjoy the beach. We do ask that you use only plastic containers (provided in the apartment).

Due to the natural design of the pond, you may see some algae, and the occasional frog, or tadpoles - but the water is perfectly clean. Impurities are absorbed by the plants, as nutrients and harmful bacteria are destroyed by natural water organisms. We check the pH often, and it’s always perfect!

The unit also includes a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and a toaster oven, as well as all the essentials for preparing a meal (pots, pans, dishes, drinkware, and utensils). We provide coffee, cream, sugar and bottled water, as well as a nice welcome basket!

In addition to the Smart TV in the living room, there is a smaller TV in the bedroom. Please feel free to watch Netflix and Amazon Prime Video on the Smart TV.
