We live in a lovely relaxing rural area. There are gentle country walks right outside. With a short drive you will be able to explore beautiful coastal towns such as Baltimore, Glandore, Schull and many more. There are lovely beaches and the nature reserve Lough Ine is only a 10 -14 minute drive from our house.
People who used our bikes cycled to some of these beauty spots which is a lovely way to spend a whole day. A picnic maybe??
Heidi & Desmond are perfect hosts. The rooms are very spacious and you totally feel like home. There is everything you need. Heide & Desmons gave us some useful tipps for our route through West-Ireland. Thank you. We will come back, definitly.
Accueil chaleureux de Des à mon arrivée, mais je ne suis malheureusement pas resté assez longtemps pour profiter du coin (et du jacuzzi!)

We have been living in West Cork close to the bustling town of Skibbereen, for the best part of 30 years.
We love sharing our experience of living in such a beautiful part of Ireland.
Des is a musician who plays anything from folk, irish traditional and some more modern music. We both love the outdoors and enjoy walking and cayaking.
We are happy to point our guests to all the local beauty spots and can advise you on where to walk, eat or hear some music in one of the many local pubs.
