Description

The Space

This charming one bedroom apartment is set in the heart of the historic center and Represents a great choice for your visit to Rome.
The area surrounding the apartment: The apartment enjoys a superb location: a small alley off Via Giulia, one of The most beautiful streets in Rome historical center, known for antique shops ITS. A short 5 minute walk will have you in Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and ten minutes to twenty minutes to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. St. Peter's Basilica is just a 15 minute walk away, while, by crossing the nearby pedestrian bridge Ponte Sisto you will reach in less than ten minutes, the bohemian district of Trastevere. Few blocks from the apartment, You Can Also Find the Campo de 'Fiori square, one of the places where Rome shows ITS Most authentic character Supermarket around the corner.
Located on the first floor of a seventeenth century building with no elevator.
The bedroom is small but it's very quite and offers a double bed (130 cm.large). The bright living room is a welcoming and enjoyable area there is a table for four persons and a large sofabed. The kitchen is small but functional and comes fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom is fresh and simple in look, it features a shower unit, washing machine, hairdryer and fresh towels ready for use upon arrival ... Also this apartment includes air conditioning, heating, TV, wifi Internet (sorry I pay for 21,6 Mps but the real speedy is much more slow).

Fantastic communal terrace on the rooftop (4th flat) with a wonderful view. You can use it how long you want, take there a coffee or a glass of wine.

House Rules

In the living there is a sofàbed but is better use the house only for two persons.
Please be conscious about leaving lights on/off. Try to be --)

Per il buon uso della casa e per garantire al successivo ospite un ambiente gradevole e confortevole ti suggerisco alcune accorgimenti: segnala immediatamente i malfunzionamenti della casa
segnala se sono necessarie ulteriori attrezzature

For the good use of the house and in order to ensure the next guest will have a pleasant and comfortable stay i suggest some devices: immediately notify the malfunctions of the house, indicates if there is a need for further equipment

Prima di uscire verifica di avere le chiavi dell'appartamento.
Il piano del mobile è di vetro, fai attenzione.
Per salire e scendere dalla terrazza fare attenzione alla scala, è molto ripida.

Before leaving make sure you have the keys of the apartment.
The top of the cabinet is made of glass, be careful.
For climb and descend from the terrace make attention to scale, it is very steep.

Spazzatura

Rubbish
the withdrawal of the garbage in this area of Rome is creative.
All the days come here small vans to withdraw it, but i don't know at what time and what type of garbage collect.
In Piazza Trilussa, close to the bar there is a container for a collection of glass. A Ponte Sisto and via Pettinari there are drums for the rubbish in the street, use it.

Se prendi un taxi dire via Giulia 200
If you take a taxi ask for Via Giulia 200 (Vicolo Arcaccio is a small alley, some driver don't know it)
BUROCRACY
We need a copy of your (you both) passport.
You can either scan them and send them to me by email, or print them and give them to me during the check-in. Choose what is better for you.
