The Space

This charming one bedroom apartment is set in the heart of the historic center and Represents a great choice for your visit to Rome.
The area surrounding the apartment: The apartment enjoys a superb location: a small alley off Via Giulia, one of The most beautiful streets in Rome historical center, known for antique shops ITS. A short 5 minute walk will have you in Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and ten minutes to twenty minutes to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi (website hidden). Peter's Basilica is just a 15 minute walk away, while, by crossing the nearby pedestrian bridge Ponte Sisto you will reach in less than ten minutes, the bohemian district of Trastevere. Few blocks from the apartment, You Can Also Find the Campo de 'Fiori square, one of the places where Rome shows ITS Most authentic character Supermarket around the corner.
Located on the first floor of a seventeenth century building with no elevator.
The bedroom is small but it's very quite and offers a double bed (130 cm.large). The bright living room is a welcoming and enjoyable area there is a table for four persons and a large sofabed. The kitchen is small but functional and comes fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom is fresh and simple in look, it features a shower unit, washing machine, hairdryer and fresh towels ready for use upon arrival ... Also this apartment includes air conditioning, heating, TV, wifi Internet (sorry I pay for 21,6 Mps but the real speedy is much more slow).

Fantastic communal terrace on the rooftop (4th flat) with a wonderful view. You can use it how long you want, take there a coffee or a glass of wine.

  • We stayed at Lorella's apartment in Rome for five nights. The apartment is very well located in terms of proximity to sights and interesting neighbourhoods, such as Trastevere. Staying here means you can actually walk to most of the attractions in Rome, which for us was a huge positive. The apartment has all the necessary amenities including a common terrace on the fourth floor, wifi and a washing machine. Erica was very kind. She welcomed us into the apartment, answered our questions and left us a bottle of white wine. All in all, we had a great stay and would strongly recommend this apartment.

  • We really enjoyed our experience staying at this apartment in Rome. It was a great location and a great space. Easy to walk everywhere and right across the Ponte Sisto Bridge from one of the best neighborhoods in Rome, Trastevere. The only negative feedback: WiFi connection wasn't the greatest, the trash removal was confusing and the hot water for the shower was not enough for the two of us. With that being said, I would still recommend to others!

    Response from Lorella:

Thanks you for the advice. For you and next host. If you like long hot shower, ask for hotter water, it is possibile Charge the temperature of water heater. The rule of trash removal are hung in the door inside of the cantonal (but is true in this part of Rome the trash remove is very confused).

  • The Ponte Sisto apartment was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay here and how central the apartment was to all the major sites. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We loved being close to the market place and just across the bridge from some really good food. We didn't meet lorella, but the person she arranged to have meet us was pleasant, helpful and kept good communication. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

  • Great stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome. It was clean, spacious and the washing machine was very much appreciated. Worth the money spent. Great location. We walked everywhere and supermarket around the corner. Thanks for a great stay. It made our Rome experience!

  • A localização não poderia ser melhor. Fizemos tudo a pé (Vaticano, Coliseu, etc).

Are several months that I put the ad on Airbnb and I already hosted numerous people, but I had not yet filled out the description of my profile. The organization of Airbnb "pulled my ears" and rightly suggested to write a few lines about me and what I like to do. Then, with a bit of embarrassment, I tell you that I am a "girl" 52 years old, for reasons of the heart live often in a little town north near Varese and my house of Milan is available to anyone who needs to stay some days in Milan. I like everything that is "home", architecture, furniture and design. Unfortunately I speak English badly, and this does not allow me to deepen the knowledge of my guests.
