Seaward is located on the No-Drive section of NSB. Super quiet and relaxed beaches and pool deck. Only 48 units in the entire complex make for an almost private stay. Our condo is super close to the pool deck and stairway with beach access. Steps from pool and beach. Very easy parking lot access. Shared Charcoal Grills available by pool deck. The views are unobstructed and unbeatable. Minutes from Flagler Avenue, shopping and dining. 2 beach cruisers for guest use during stay!

The space
Located on the 2nd Floor of one the closest buildings to the beach, this 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is perfect getaway with a great view of the ocean. The balcony is large and L-Shaped wrap around with furniture to enjoy the sunset glow. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the living room has a fold-out sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the small appliances and small wares you need. Both Keurig and Traditional Drip style maker (and filters) are available. Dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergents available. Dining Table in the living room. Smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi in the unit. Beach chairs and umbrellas available for your use.

Guest access
All guests have access to the swimming pool, deck with chairs and table and shared charcoal grills. There are stairs to the ocean/beach just off the pool deck. An adult pool and baby pool are available. Parking is available for all guests and pass will be provided. The driving beach access is just down the road if you'd like to drive on the beach (for a fee). 4 wheel drive is not usually required. Check in is available anytime after 3p via code lock on the door at your leisure.

Other things to note
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside the unit. No pets allowed, Seaward Condo rules for non-residents (sorry to your furry friends). No fishing equipment, bait or catch in the condo. Any violations could result in loss of your deposit.

Flagler Ave is only 4 1/2 miles or 12 minutes away. Lots of great restaurants, bars, shopping available or just cruise the drag.

Canal Street District is just over the causeway 6 miles or 15 away and loaded with more restaurants, shopping, bars, breweries and hosts farmer's markets on the weekends.

Dollar General Market, Liquor Store, Taste of Italy Restaurant, Ice Cream Shop all located in the plaza just 4 minutes/1.5 miles away.

The Publix is located on the way into town, 8 minutes/4 miles away. In that plaza are multiple restaurants, Beall's and local surf shop Red Dog for board rentals. The world famous Garlic restaurant and Mon Delice French Bakery are located just down the street.

JB's Fish Camp is 7 minutes/3 miles away and is the perfect spot to have a drink, watch the sunset and dolphins in the evening.

Chase's On the Beach is the local hotspot and pool bar located 6 minutes / 2.5 miles away.
