Our summer house is open to guests who want to escape to some peace and quiet. It is a 3-3.5 hour drive from Manila via Tagaytay and Nasugbu/Balayan. Private, quiet and the best area in Calatagan with sandbar right in front of the property.

The space
The open floor plan encompasses four spacious bedrooms with plenty of room to relax and sleep. The expansive living room opens to the deck that has tables and chairs for lounging, and a game of pingpong or darts. Perfect for every family, this home is located in front of a sand bar and white sand beach.

This is a 4 bedroom home that was built in 2018. This is our private beach home that we share with our guests, their family and friends. It's a 4 bedroom fully- furnished house with balcony facing the beach.

1. 4 bedrooms, each with own bathroom.

3. toilet and bath with shower, bidet, basic toiletries
4.kitchen and 8-seater dining, 6 burner gas stove, ref, microwave, rice cooker, complete cooking utensils, dinnerware (plates, glasses, cups, fork & spoon), H&C water dispenser
5.deck – 2daybeds , Two(2) 6-seater table overlooking the beach

We provide limited pillows and blankets. Please bring additional blankets and beddings for a group of more than 12 persons for your comfort. You may leave the sliding doors wide open to allow the fresh air in and get easy access to the huge deck to see the beautiful view and house activities.

The deck provides an awesome and unobstructed view of the beach and sand bar.

The best part to swim is at the sand bar located in front of the house. Parking is available at the property.

Other things to note
Our Holiday rate for Halloween, Christmas, New Year and Holy Week is slightly up and we require minimum number of nights stay.

In excess of 12 guests, 1000/person person / night. Maximum of 30 guests

We are not responsible in case there will be water or power /electricity disruption in the house because these are beyond our control. We will coordinate with electricity company (BATELEC)on what time it will be restored back and update our guests.

There will be charges for violation of our house rules.
