My relaxing open-concept apartment , in a true Montmartre style, is located on the ground floor of a very quiet and secure private residence, with a beautiful courtyard.
It is comfortable and spacious, cool in the summer. Getting around the neighbourhood is a breeze : Abesses district, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, 2 metro lines, are all just a minute away . In the heart of NOPI, this is the perfect location for resting, working or exploring.
The space

The spacious living room (4,70m ceiling height).
the dining room, ( 4 seater table),
the equipped kitchen ,
the comfortably sized bathroom.
There is a sofa bed 140x190 in the living room.
The kitchen amenities:
fridge, freezer, induction cooktops, microwave oven, coffee maker, boiler,cuttery and kitchen ustensils, washing machine.
The bathroom is large, with a shower, storage for towels.
Iron and ironing board.
Shower cream, shampoo, towels, hairdryer are provided.
An easy wood staircase (10 steps), leads to the the bedroom, and an office area.
Mezzanine floor : the bedroom
(1,76 ceiling height).
The bedroom has a door, for privacy.
It features a 140 x 190 size bed, for 2 , in a very quiet area.
In the office area, close to the bedroom, you will find a dresser for storing your clothes.
To listen to music, a Marshall speaker is at your disposal.
