High-speed internet, a Chromecast streaming device, an original Nintendo Entertainment System, and a large treed backyard with a fire-pit and charcoal barbecue.

The space
This is a wonderful, tastefully set up space, with a fantastic high-speed internet connection. It's incredibly quiet, aside from the gas stove fan that kicks in from time to time to heat the space (can be turned off). This suite offers two large beds, a queen and a king size bed, which will accommodate yourself and three other guests. Without street lights to bother you, you can sleep with nothing but the comfortable natural light the outside brings.

This is in the neighbourhood of Balm Beach, a small cottage area directly next to the long, sandy, duny beaches of the Georgian Bay. The summertime offers a lively and bustling beach and lakeside bar, featuring some local brews from Wasaga Beach. On the beach is also a small shop that rents kayaks and paddle boards. Summers here are a wonderful time for all to enjoy. All this only minutes away on foot.

In the wintertime, enjoy the views of the churning waves and the distant blue mountains. Who knows, you might even catch a glimpse of a couple of wintertime surfers. Take a walk around the block on a quiet snowy day under the moonlight or head to the nearby Wye Marsh and Horseshoe valley which offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, nighttime snowshoeing and live music.

The nearby Awenda park lets you experience the native landscape and flora of the Georgian bay area, with a large trails, campsites, and a small lake.
