We are a Superhost for a reason! Sanibel Siesta looks amazing! Immaculate beachfront, 2BR, 2BA w/garage, nicely updated beachy unit at sand's edge. Cooks kitchen. Amazing views of the Gulf w/5 star ratings! 3-day min. New hurricane windows, nicely furnished with ELEVATOR IN BUILDING! Discount for weekly/mo. rentals. BR 1:King bed ensuite, smart TV. BR 2: 2 tw. beds, smart TV. Qn. sofa bed in LR. Pool, golf course, bikes, laundry on site. No food or condiments stored in unit. May allow sm. dog.

The space
Our condo is right on the beach in a beautifully maintained complex with on-site management. Our unit is so close to the water, you can actually hear the waves! Bike paths, nature walks, water sports, great restaurants, shelling and shopping. It's all on Sanibel.

Sanibel sustained significant damage in 2022 hurricane but our complex was rebuilt and better than ever! Restaurants are coming back and there is shopping, a grocery store (Jerry's), the pharmacy is open and the beach is pristine, full of amazing shells and beautiful!

Total access to the unit. Not shared.

Parking: There is a dedicated garage for one car parking. The garage code is 0607 then press enter. To close the garage door, press enter. If you need a second parking space, pls let me know as parking for a second car is very limited and not guaranteed. Also, if you have an overly tall truck or RV, it may be too tall for the garage. It's only happened once but worth noting.

Laundry: laundry is in the building, ground floor and shared with other guests. You can pay for the washers and dryers with a credit card.

Check in at our onsite office (Sanibel Siesta on the Beach- 1246 Fulgur Street) which is open 6 days a week until 5pm and noon on Sunday. Check in is at 3pm. Our unit (607) has an electronic lock and the door code will be the last 4 digits of your cell phone that was used when making your reservation. If you arrive after the office closes, you can pick up your check in package in the lockbox on the office front door. The code to the lockbox is 0239. Pick up your package and head to your unit- unit 607 in building 6.

Other things to note
I accept smaller dogs on occasion providing they do not go on the furniture or bedding. There is a $150 pet fee which is not included in the quoted rate. I do screen pets so ask before you book!

Also, there are plenty of beach chairs and a large beach umbrella in the garage. Sand toys for the kids in the garage as well as a kid-sized beach chair. Bring your own beach towels or rent towels from the onsite manager. Games and books for kids and adults in the unit.

To keep the units clean and pest free, we do not store any food, cooking oils, or condiments in the unit. There is a Grocery store (Jerry's) on the island. Bailey's is rebuilding as well.
