This is a full 1-BR Private apt. on the 3rd fl. of a our lovely Victorian home in the historic Summit-University section of St. Paul, Minnesota. You have your own bedroom, full bath w/ a shower and bathtub, and kitchen. The apt. is stocked w/ towels and linens. And, there’s your own washer/dryer. A private deck reveals a beautiful tree-top view of residential St. Paul. We’re near several great shops and restaurants on the Grand Ave. shopping/eating district.

Other things to note
The apt. and the property area is non-smoking but we do allow well behaved pets with prior notice. Dogs must use the neighboring streets for bathroom walks. They are not allowed to use the bathroom in our back nor front yards.
