1800s historic 3rd story charming Loft offers a spa retreat & private deck. In the midst of Madison’s shopping, dining, festivals & nightlife. Located between Main St and the river. Antique furnishings and beautiful woodwork highlighted. Sip local coffee from our private deck or relax in a jacuzzi tub after touring the sights. Wineries, bars, Mad Paddle Brewery and great restaurants surround us. Hanover College & Clifty Park are minutes away.

The space
We offer a spacious third story Loft antique setting with a nice private deck overlook.
We are in the center of all downtown festival and attractions.
We offer local items for the Loft do that you can get a feel for what Madison has to offer.
A refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave are available for your convenience.
The river is less than two blocks away.
A television with ROKU is available.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire third floor spacious apartment with a private deck.

Other things to note
The loft is located on the third floor.
The second floor is a separate apartment to the building which is not accessible to guests.
Guests will enter using the stairwell following to the third floor which is private to the guests. You have a key available to lock the Loft when you are out.
You will have your own private deck as well.

We are available most anytime if anything is needed.

The building has a coded entrance that automatically locks once the door is shut.
