Apartment is a studio-style open living space with full kitchen, living area, and bedroom bay with queen bed. Also includes loft bedroom with 2 twin beds.

The space
This elegant apartment has been completely remodeled, with artistic touches throughout - from the hand-painted door to the original art tastefully placed throughout.


16-ft high wood-beamed ceiling, large bay windows overlooking the hilltop park with long views out over Boston, and amazing sunsets and sun rises.

Spacious and light-filled living area. Kitchen includes quartz countertops, glass tile backsplash and stainless appliances - full-size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, and microwave. Cookware and utensils, blender, dishes and glasses, silverware are all provided.

Sliding glass doors in Kitchen open to rooftop deck with seating area, grill, and awning. It's a great sunny place to have coffee in the morning or to enjoy a grilled meal at the end of your day.

Living area includes large couch, 2 comfy chairs, and 40" TV. Queen bed and dresser are set off from the living area, with beautiful views of the historic park out the large bay windows.

Elegant full Bath includes glassed-walled shower, toilet & bidet, and hand-painted vanity and door. Washing machine & dryer are located just outside the bathroom.

Stairs from living area lead to a loft bedroom with built-in dressers and 2 twin beds - a cozy garret-style room. Ceiling is low in area directly above beds - apx 6'.

Guest access
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a home, which sits on a private way adjacent to Highland Park - an historic hilltop park with an iconic tower commemorating a Revolutionary War fort. Guests will enter the property thru a locked wood carved gate, walk across a small garden to your own door, and ascend 1 flight of stairs to your private apartment. There is free parking on the private way in front.
