Thank you for such a great stay. This apartment was a beautiful and comfortable place to call home while in Sydney. Being close to the city, beaches, and sights made it so easy to get around town. Owners are lovely too! Cannot recommend more highly !

Children 12 months and younger and 8 years and older preferred. Special exceptions can be made.
No Smoking inside the apartment or common areas of the building
Departure cleaning fee $95
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. The remaining balance and refundable security deposit is due on arrival.
Payment can be made via internet transfer, credit card over the phone, or Paypal online. You can email or fax the internet transfer receipt for immediate confirmation of your booking if you wish.
Payment can be made by direct bank deposit
Payment can be made by Credit Card using paypal, subject to a 4% surcharge.
Reductions are available for longer stays
You are welcome to hire a port a cot and high chair for an additional $30 AUD each
1. STRICTLY No partying is allowed in our properties and parties or noise disturbance may result in loss of bond.
2. No pets are allowed (except in pet friendly homes).
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not allowed and will result is deduction from security bond.
4. There is no smoking in our holiday homes. There is a $200 fee charged for
special cleaning to rid of smoke odor.
5. You are welcome to hire a port a cot and high chair for an additional $30 AUD each
You may check-in between 1 PM to 6 PM from Monday to Friday. We will meet you on the premises to show you around the apartment and hand over the keys when you arrive. *Special arrangements can be made for check-in/outs at times outside normal hours.
Check in after 6 PM or on weekends/public holidays
For guests arriving on weekends/public holiday we ask that you collect keys from our office mailbox located in Bronte nearby. This is enroute from the airport and about a 7 minute drive from the apartment.
Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
6. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. There is a departure cleaning fee included in your total.
Great place, well located! Good base 30 mins from Sydney CBD and very close to Bondi Beach.
The listing was accurate and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Well equipped with plenty of storage space. The location was ideal - 20 minutes walk to Bondi beach and 10 minute walk to Bondi junction. There are
various shops and excellent eating establishments beneath the apartment. We had a small plumbing problem and this was dealt with and resolved rapidly. We will definitely return.
Peter was on time and explained everything. Location is excellent with access to cafe's, a superb Italian and local shops.
Apartment was just as described and was perfect for our needs.
We had a great 4 day break in Sydney.
The Bellevue: City + Beach + Views was a beautiful, large apartment in a lovely neighbourhood between downtown Sydney and Bondi Beach. We had some issues during our first evening and the following two days that disrupted the first half of our stay: the individual who oriented us on Gina's behalf met us on time and was very kind but was not sufficiently knowledgable about the unit to accurately answer our questions. Additionally, close to half of the light bulbs in the apartment were burned out and, given that we arrived after dark, settling in was difficult. The other problem we encountered was that the 'Welcome Book' that was supposed to be present to provide us with information and instructions for the apartment was missing, so we had no information about how to operate the appliances, where supplies were, the password for the wifi, how to use the electronics (TV, stereo, surround sound, etc.), and so on. We didn't, in fact, have any of this information until 2 days later when Gina finally came by at the end of the day to help us out. Her assistant spent considerable time (over 2 days) attempting to repair/replace the missing ceiling and pot lights, and repair the wiring, but there were still non-functioning lights when we left 5 days later.
The kitchen was very well equiped, and after we notified Gina of missing supplies (dishwasher and laundry detergent, dish soap, etc.), the necessary supplies were provided.
The other drawback to this apartment is that the seal of the doors and windows was very poor, which meant that wind whistled under and around the glass; this made the apartment draughty during the several days of poor weather we experienced. Additionally, while the street in front of the apartment is not heavily travelled at night, the lack of window and door seal meant that we heard every car and truck go by, all night long.
We encouraged Gina to assess and attend to any deficiencies in the apartment when a guest departs, to ensure that the next guests have a more positive experience; despite the problems we encountered, however, we did enjoy our stay, and would recommend this apartment to others on a qualified basis.
Great location with easy access for the city or beach. Apartment was exactly as it was in the pictures and accommodated two couples perfectly with plenty of room.

We stayed at the Bellevue Hill place and LOVED IT! Gina was very accommodating to our party and we thoroughly enjoyed the sense of home that this listing created. Truly amazing accommodation in every way.
Centrally located in Sydney, we never found ourselves too far from Sydney Harbor or Bondi. It's truly a place where you can feel like a local and be embraced as one too. The location sits in a prime location on a street lined with coffee shops, newsstands, grocery, and a butcher shop.
