Check In
  • On discovering the exact location of the apartment we felt that it couldn't get any better. Then it did! A charming inner courtyard reveals several storeys of balconies full of flower pots and sunshine. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and it had all necessary commodities. The high ceilings and large rooms were a great change to the small spaces we are used to in London. Pieregiuseppe and Szilvia were very welcoming and helpful, explaining the area and nearby sites. The Danube is a stone throw away and there are several convenient transport links within a 5 minute walk. We found a lovely restaurant a few streets away called Vak Varju, where we dined daily as it was so good! A highly recommended landlord and a lovely apartment in a beautiful, grand city!

  • This is the second time I have stayed in one of Piergiuseppe's properties, and I can say he is a brilliant host. This flat could not be more central! There is an a convenient store next door to the building and the Number 2 Tram is 50m away giving easy access up and down the Duna. Vorosmarty Ter is just around the corner, but the flat is very quiet. Like his other flats, this one is well appointed, with a well fitted kitchen, hi speed wifi broadband access, and little touches, like plenty of pocket maps you can take with you. This is a lovely flat for those on-the-go as the central metro stop at Deak Ter is only minutes away, with the newest, hip, public plaza in Budapest above it. The whole city is at your feet. Most importantly, Piergiuseppe is professional and very pleasant. I highly recommend him.

  • This was my first international airbnb experience and I was a little nervous about it at first, but once I arrived I was amazed by the service, Sylvia, Piergiuseppe's assistant met us at the front door on our schedule and she was very friendly, helpful, and had great customer service.

The place was bigger then my apartment at home, at least 1000 sq ft. Had all the amenities we needed and the location was INCREDIBLE!!! Right next to the chain bridge, main street, restaurants, clubs, and casino. My fiance was like wow, and we've been traveling across Europe doing a ton of walking to do all the site seeing but this place was in the middle of everything so we didn't have to do a ton of walking. When I come back to Budapest, I will definitely stay here.

Also, this place has a washing machine, full kitchen, etc in case you need those things.

  • Piergiuseppe was a great host. He and his associate were very welcoming and provided great information on nearby attractions. The apartment is spacious, well-kept, and very centrally located. I would definitely recommended staying here!

  • Best stay we could have desired or imagined!
The apartment is big, clean, fully furnished and equipped. You can cook, prepare breakfast, have a warm bath in the big bathtube, chill out in the enormous living room with sat tv and a mini library (mostly italian books)... As you walk out the door you get the stunning view of the chain bridge and the castle: just beautiful. Within 50 metres from the door you have atm, 24hours grocery shop, tram and metro stops, hard rock cafe and various bars and restaurants. You can easily walk all the best attractions from this apartment! Piergiuseppe is friendly and kind: We arrived late, but he waited for us and took time to give us all the info and suggestions to enjoy the city. I can't think of a better solution for staying in Budapest.

  • This apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and had the most amazing location. We were welcomed with such warmth, and were pleased to received a selection of maps, guide books, and recommendations regarding the city from Piergiuseppe and Silvia. With their help we were fully equipped to enjoy Budapest as much as possible in our short stay. Thank you!

  • Pieriiuseppe was an amazing host! Responded quickly every time we contacted him and he was incredibly helpful with everything.
We absolutely loved this apartment, cosy and full of character, just perfect for our needs.
We also loved the neighbourhood and would recommend to anyone that is looking for a great location to enjoy Budapest. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are coming to Budapest!

  • We stayed at Piergiuseppe's Dorottya street apartment right before Christmas with my husband and our one year-old baby, and I can say that everything about our stay was wonderful.

Not only did Pierregiuseppe and Szilvia, his associate give us a warm welcome, but they also treated us to a loaf of poppyseed "beigli"(a yummy Hungarian Christmas speciality), some jam and fruits. As we arrived late in the evening, it proved to be a great survival kit until next morning!

Our hosts were also very helpful by leaving a map of the city and numerous leaflets for us.

I find it great that Piergiuseppe does not set a rigid check-in and check-out time, and it is also very generous of him that there is no cleaning fee. So all we had to do was enjoying our time.

And when you have such a spacious, comfortable apartment (nice double bed, and a baby cot for our daughter) with ceilings reaching up to the sky (that is a special feature of Budapest houses built in the 19th as well as early 20th century), located within walking distance to the major sites (Gresham Palace, Academy of Sciences, the Chain bridge on which you walk over to historical Buda and so on), of course, enjoyment is guaranteed!

Thank you Pierregiuseppe and Szilvia. We'll be back!

  • Pierguiseppe is a very pleasant man who made us very welcome. He and Lydia met us outside the apartment to welcome us in.
The apartment exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, clean, warm, fully equipped and attractive. It had everything you may need, even umbrellas! In fact, you could live here very comfortably for a long time.

The location is in the most desirable area of Pest. It is a couple of minutes away from the Metro, all amenities and the most popular pedestrianised area. In fact, you could walk to most of the tourist attractions from here if you wanted to. A big plus is the beautiful Chain Bridge and Palace just around the corner. We couldn't resist walking out every evening to see all this lit up.

Coming here in December, we were very lucky to have the Christmas Market just down the road, on our doorstep! People travel for miles to come to this! It was fabulous.
Yet, with all this, the apartment was really quiet.
Guiseppe also arranged for a personal taxi service to and from the airport and this made our journey so easy.

Thank you, Guiseppe, for helping to make our stay so enjoyable. We would highly recommend your apartment to anyone interested.

  • The apartment was very nice - spacious rooms, everything clean. Kitchen very well equipped. Only the bed was very hard and the view from the window on the opposite walls of the house - as a whole, often a loss of a sense of time. Maybe should be a wall clock? This aspect of the positive feature - very quiet and peaceful.
The biggest plus of this apartment - location. Very central, within easy walking distance of all objects - a river with bridges, parliament, castle, churches, markets, thermal pools. We almost didnt use of public transport, because in walking time we can rejoice a lot of beautiful buildings in the neighborhood, the Art Nouveau architecture and city sights. Piergiuseppe is very kind owner - definitely recommend!
