Mike and Julia were the perfect hosts. After a few days of too much travelling, i had the pleasure of staying at their bnb. It was peaceful bliss. Everything you would expect and more. They were very warm and welcoming, the room was cozy, warm and perfect. The location, and the view out of the wondow over the bay is breathtaking. Just down the road is a great pub with friendly folks. Overall i would suggest this is a destination stop on its own. A great bnb which i hope to visit again. Do yourself a favour and visit this marvellous place.
I had a great time at Julia and Mike's B&B mini-farm. It is a wonderful atmosphere with a fantastic view. The breakfast was fresh from the farm eggs served just to your liking and was enough to keep you going until dinner. I joined Julia and Mike at the local pub and on nice evenings you can relax and have drinks outside with views of the garden and out to the harbor. There is a lot to see in the area and is a great base for day trips to Sheep's Head, Mizen Head, and Beara Peninsulas. Thanks for your hospitality.
