We expect guests to respect other peoples privacy, keep the noise down and generally treat people as they wish to be treated themselves - decently. We are no - smoking throughout and if we suspect smoking in the room there will be a 100 euro cleaning fee. Sorry no pets allowed.
Hi Denis and myself run The Connaught Inn. (I'm the one on the right lol) We love meeting new people and trying to help them create great memories on their trips. We like to have a laugh but understand if you want to be left alone. I love what we do for a living and our dogs enjoy any "leftovers". Personally I'm English but we moved here last year because we found where we are now. Denis is Irish and hails from Achill - approx. 45 minutes away and it's stunning scenery so he feels at home but me - home is where the heart is so we're both happy. The rooms are all on the same floor and are en-suite and you don't need to go through the bar/restaurant to get to them so be as friendly or as shy as you like. The thing is we enjoy it and we hope you will too.
My personal motto is - obstacles can only be seen by those who take their eye off the goal!!
