Beautiful downtown home in the hottest area in boerne called the flats. All the charm of historic downtown is a 5 minutes walking distance away as well as restaurants bars and shopping. The house sits on Frederick creek where you watch the deer walk by in the evening from the spacious comfortable back deck. The house is also 3 minutes from the extensive trail system running along the river.
