The Villa Di Sedona is a beautiful, luxurious and relaxing 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom Villa with a beautiful in-ground pool, spa, & the very best views of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte in the entire area. This Villa is perfect for large families, extended families, reunions, retreats, & special occasions. In addition, the Villa is extremely private, peaceful, & amazingly beautiful. The Villa is located within 1 mile of 2 great golf courses & fabulous hiking trails. (Comfortably Sleeps 16).
The space
Villa Di Sedona fabulous family gathering place for those XL families & extended families. Villa di Sedona is has also been designed and set up for those guest who wish to celebrate a very special occasion or gathering while staying onsite. Villa di Sedona can easily accommodate 16 guests with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. In addition to the wonderful indoor space, Villa Di Sedona also has stunning outdoor courtyards. The rear courtyard boasts a built an unground heated hot tub and pool (both heated during summer months, hot tub only heated in other months). The rear courtyard also boasts a large family sized stone fire pit which seats 10-12 adults, a 6 burner built in Gas BBQ under the BBQ cabana, sunning or lounging areas but the pool, as well as cover and uncovered patio which can be used for outdoor dining.
Villa di Sedona also has built and designed a large 40 x 100 multi purpose open area. This large 40 x 100 multi purpose open area can be used for special occasions and for outdoor covid 19 social distanced gatherings. This area is surrounded by mature landscaping on 3 sides and backs to national forest land. Currently this area is set up with cafe lighting (35 x 60) for fabulous evening ambiance and "under the stars" enjoyment. Please inquire for more information.
On the Main Floor you will also find a large and well stocked kitchen, two living room spaces, two dining areas, a laundry room, butlers pantry, la large butler's pantry, a half round buffet counter area which is located directly across from the main dining room which is perfect for family style dinners as well as buffet's and a main level powder room.
Bedroom #1: There is a large Main Floor Master with double doors entry and a disability friendly bathroom. A shower bench has been provided for our guests convenience and safety This room is currently set up with 2 queen sized beds.
Bedroom #2: In the 2nd Floor Master you will find a luxurious Master Suite . The master bedroom is currently set up with a king bed, private fire place, 55' flat screen tv, and 2 plush recliners The ensuite is equipped with double sinks, large jacuzzi tub, walk in shower with 2 shower heads, toilet room with bidet and a large walk in closet equipped with an ironing board for convenience.
Bedroom #3: Is located on the 2nd floor and is currently set up with a queen bed, 40" flat screen tv, fabulous red rock views with walk-out balcony and has a small but private full bathroom.
Bedroom #4: Is located on the 2nd floor and is currently set up with a queen bed, 40" flat screen tv and shares the jack and jill bathroom with Bedroom#5.
Bedroom #5: Is located on the 2nd floor and is currently set up as a King Bed. This room is also called the Twin Room and can be set up with 2 twin beds if requested in advance. This room has a 6 drawer dresser, and 40" flat screen tv. (Please inform host prior to check in if you prefer to use 2 twin beds or the king bed for your stay.)
Bedroom #6; Is located on the 2nd floor and is currently set up with 3 full Costco Sofa Beds. This bedroom is set up with a 40" tv with a Playstation 4 for guests usage (tv is not connected cable). The beds can also be converted into seating if preferred by guests.
Villa di Sedona also has available to our guests: 2 high quality queen size air mattresses & 5 high quality twin size air mattresses. All bedding necessary to outfit the air mattresses is provided. The bedding for the air mattresses are also located in the upstairs master bedroom closet. If you have the need for additional twin size beds, the 2 sofas located in the Main Family Great Room can be set up with twin size bedding and can be easily moved apart for individual use. The Villa is stocked with extra bedding & linens as well as extra blankets and comforters.
Guests have access to the Entire Villa, and all the updated rear courtyard areas. The Multi-Use Open Area is available and can be throughout the stay. This area is 40 x 100 and is perfect for a special occasion or an outdoor gathering during covid 19 where social distancing is essential and required. This area is also set up with cafe lighting over an area of 35 x 60 for guests who wish to enjoy gathering in groups under the gorgeous Sedona Skys. This space can also accommodate event tent erected over all or a portion of the space for your special occasion.
