Kinsale is just one of the most amazing & beautiful places to visit! With all its lovely restaurants & galleries (one of which I have the pleasure to work in!!!) its a great place just to wander around.
I am offering a lovely bright comfortable double room (not en-suite) in a charming terraced cottage.
Only 7 mins walk from the town center.

This is my home & live in this terraced cottage with my little dog "Lady" who has a lovely friendly temperament & sleeps most of the day!! She does bark at the door bell, she is not aggressive just very protective of me!!
The historic seaside town of Kinsale is internationally renowned for its beautiful surrounds and gourmet & seafood restaurants, some of the best in Ireland!
The numerous fine restaurants all offer superb cuisine and ambiance. At night the town is buzzing with Traditional Irish music & live bands in the bars.
Kinsale also has much to offer tourists from water sports, world class golf courses, historic walking tours, beautiful walks as well as offering the perfect location to sit back and simply relax.
Try the lovely walk up to Charles Fort and call for a sneaky drink & snack in The Bullman, one of our many traditional pubs on your way home!
Kinsale is served by an excellent hourly bus service from Cork city which conveniently calls to Cork Airport which is located en route 15-20 minutes from Kinsale.
An hourly train service connects Cork to Dublin.
Garretstown beach is 15 mins away – great for surfing & water sports.
Kinsale is now the start/end of the Wild Atlantic Way

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Sinead! Her house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The room was bright with a sky light and a window overlooking the front yard where you could see the neighbor's kitty sunning herself on the roof. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets!
Sinead is a wonderful host! She greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. I especially appreciated the hot cup of tea and cookies that she gave me when we arrived! She always set the table for us in the morning so we could comfortably eat breakfast when we woke up. The breakfast selection was perfect - fruit, brown bread and bagels with butter and jam, yogurt, cereal, orange juice, coffee, tea...everything we could have wanted all laid out beautifully. We ate to our hearts content! On Saturday morning we got the pleasure of eating breakfast with Sinead and she is such fun conversation!
The house is brilliantly located, mere blocks from the center of town. You couldn't ask for a better spot - conveniently located near the action without any of the noise!
All in all we loved our stay and highly recommend this great apartment to anyone going through Kinsale. Sinead and her little dog Lady are great hosts! We would definitely stay here again!
Sinead looked after us very well and we just love Kinsale, what a pretty village. You must come.
Sinead was great and really understanding when we got a little lost and arrived later than we had expected. The house was beautiful and well within walking distance to everything.
A cozy room, great breakfast, and perfect walking distance into town. It was a pleasure staying with Sinead and her lovely dog Lady. Would definitely book again.
Our experience at Sinead's was amazing. Her place is beautiful, she is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The town is very cute and well worth staying in. Would definitely stay here again!!
My one night in Kinsale was made all the better by Sinead's wonderful home and sincere hospitality! The room was perfect for me and my monster suitcase but is definitely roomy enough for two and luggage.
The breakfast in the morning was the perfect way to start the day - didnt have to worry about finding a cafe and could head off on my walk to Charles Fort right away.
The location couldn't have been better - a 3 minute walk puts you in the middle of Kinsale with all the cute shops and great restaurants. Sinead had wonderful recommendations and I ended up getting the best mussels in my life!
I'm an outgoing chatty person who loves living in Kinsale - such a friendly town with a great variety of people & things to do!!
I am a florist by trade & love arty quirky things. Last year I took a little career change and now have the pleasure to work in a fabulous photography gallery here in Kinsale. I spend my days meeting & chatting with a wide range of people from all over the world who choose Kinsale as part for their holiday plans.
