This cozy residence is nestled in a secure & tranquil gated neighborhood, just 5.9 miles East of Dallas' bustling downtown, conveniently accessible via Interstate 30. It's near the enchanting Dallas Arboretum, Botanical Gardens, & the serene White Rock Lake.

Guests will appreciate the home's warm ambiance, complemented with a well-equipped kitchen & private areas. Ideal for car travel with garage & driveway parking. For those preferring public transport, a bus stop is within a 10-minute walk.

The space
Your private space is a cozy 2-story Loft area with a full-size bed, & a private attached bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub & shower with strong water pressure. The space can comfortably sleep 4 people (2 people on Loft's 1st Floor & 2 people on Loft's 3nd Floor).

The Loft's 1st Floor can be converted into either a private Living Room, Office, or Second bedroom. The room has a hard-wired Ethernet connection, but Wi-Fi is also available.

The Loft's 2nd Floor is the Primary Bedroom with attached bathroom & Jacuzzi tub. Also in the bedroom is a dresser & a nightstand with a lamp.

Long-term leases are welcome. Just ask if interested!

If you need more space, we also have 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the 1st level downstairs, which includes the Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom (with a Jacuzzi tub), & Master Closet. Just ask if interested so we can get you availability.
