Located in an exclusive beach and residential resort, along the white sand shore of Laiya, San Juan, Batangas, the place has a floor area of 218 square meters and a lot area of 602 square meters. We are just across Tamarind Cove and the beach area (approx 2-3 mins walking distance).

📝Heads up about the Eco Tourism Fee

Local Municipality of San Juan is collecting P20 per head to tourists visiting Laiya, San Juan, Batangas. You will pass through the Tourism toll to show the endorsement letter that we are going to provide, then you will have to pay P20 for the eco tourism fee and they will issue referral slip which will be presented upon your entry to Porto Laiya.

📝Heads up about the Property

We would also like to inform you that at the right side of the property’s parking area is a casitas which is a separate structure from the main house for rent that is for owner use only if they happen to be in the area. During your stay, the whole house (shown in our listing), the pool area and the parking space will be exclusively for you and your family use only.
