Looking for a place to stay in Charlotte, NC?! This rental property is central to high-demand locations such as CLT airport, uptown, Carowinds, as well as great food, and tons of fun. This listing provides a private room with access to a shared lounge that has a pull out couch. We even have an  8ft movie screen for the movie professional netflixer! The space
All images in this listing are accessible to guests on the top level of the condo. Our guests can rest assured knowing that sanitation and cleanliness are one of our top priorities. We clean before and after every reservation. 

This bedroom offers a queen size bed, with nice closet space and a papasan chair to relax in. Included is the game room/lounge area where you can watch TV on the 8 ft projector while heating up food in the microwave or storing cold beverages in the mini fridge.
There is also a pull out couch for an extra bed.

In addition, hallways are narrow in conjunction with other shared spaces.

Guest access
Guests have access to the upper level this includes: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 lounge area (with pullout sofa). We hope you take full advantage of all of our amenities. We have a HD 8 ft projector and board games, don't forget to enjoy complimentary drinks in the mini bar. Though the kitchen is not accessible during this time, we know that you will find the upstairs lounge fully satisfying with its mini fridge and microwave. 

Personal urber services upon request.

During your stay
As this is a home share, I live on the lower level of the home. Guest's are given the needed space to enjoy their stay, and if I'm ever in need, I am just doors or a phone away.

Other things to note
Parking is free but limited, carpooling is suggested.

Camera surveillance is located in the upstairs/downstairs common area for safetyof non accessible rooms.

You may be subject to sharing the restroom and lounge area during high demand periods.

Please remember this is a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, I'll do my best to take action ASAP when notified.
