This petite apartment in Palermo has a modern and charming interior design that recieves lots of light & air. It’s located in the Palermo area, over Cordoba Av. which allows being very close all the subway lines, which means being just minutes away from every point of intrest in town, and also 7 blocks away from Santa Fe Av. Palermo happens to agglomerate in its sorroundings, a whole sort of different cultural activities such as the University of Palermo, lots of squares and green places, nightlife and Cultural Centers.
During the weekends, enjoy yourself with treats, crafts and shows in the Plaza Serrano Fair. Plus, this area also counts with several malls in case you want to go shopping, and pub’s, bar’s and fancy restaurant’s in case the mood strikes.
Lot's of shopping, dining and wining are available in Palermo. Actually Palermo is the Nightlife capital in Buenos Aires. But in case you want to get to know some other neighbourhood, the “D Metro Line” of the Buenos Aires Subway goes by through Palermo and so most bus lines as well.
Together with some sections of the neighboring communities of Retiro and Recoleta, Palermo forms a part of the area known as Barrio Norte, Buenos Aires, a traditional residential zone for the city’s most affluent families, where a great portion of the cultural life of the city is concentrated.
Fully equipped (Complete kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and oven, Wi-Fi, cable, telephone, kitchen ware, tableware, 100% Cotton linens for a queen bed and a sofa bed and towels), this apartment that sleeps 3 is a great opportunity of knowing Buenos Aires at it’s best.
Make it all happen! Come to Buenos Aires!

Mateo was most helpful and kind. The appartement is exactly what you expect from the photos. We enjoyed ourselves a lot
The apartment was as advertised in a convenient neighborhood with great access to the whole city. Matteo was helpful as well. Thanks again!
We were pretty disappointed in this place. First of all the creative
use of shower curtain in the AIRBNB verified photos hide the fact that
the toilet is INSIDE the shower. What the? Also, thanks to misplaced
drains and a meak barrier, the entire bathroom (and obviously the
toilet) gets soaked any time you shower.
The kitchen is a tiny closet (as pictured) but the ad is taking some
liberties when stating that it is "fully equipped." For cooking,
you've got a large pot and a small, rusty pan.
We arrived very late at night due to a delayed flight. Mateo was kind
enough to come let us into the apartment at such an inconvenient hour.
But once he left as we were collapsing into bed we noticed that the
linens had clearly been slept in. There were long (head) hairs
on/around the pillows and short (body) hairs sprinkled all throughout
the sheets. Gross. We had no choice but to sleep in our clothes that
night but it was certainly not comfortable.
The next day we complained to Mateo about these issues and he said he
was sure the sheets were clean (um..okay?) but he'd bring over more
linens anyway. He arrived that afternoon and grudgingly handed over
clean sheets (an incomplete set so we were stuck using the used pillow
cases) as well as some pots from his own home. That would've been
generous if he hadn't been so begrudging and grumpy about emphasizing
that they were from his OWN HOME.
Then there were the bugs. Sure, cockroaches are a city problem, not
usually an apartment-specific problem, but there was a really
uncomfortable infestation of some kind of fleas (or fruit flies that
bite) that was pretty miserable.
The fact that the place didn't feel clean (sopping bathroom, bugs,
sheets) and the rental agent (not owner) had a snarky attitude rather
than a helpful one when we expressed displeasure made this stay
unpleasant at best.
Mateo did bring pots, sheets and gave us a refund for 1/2 of one night because we were so displeased. Even so, the bottom line is we can not recommend this apartment and can not believe how much we paid for it.
We had a great experience with Mateo. Communication with him was very efficient. Meeting at check in and check out were right on time. We also received great advices on Buenos Aires. The bed was very comfy and we had a good sleep. Tv, aircon and wi-fi worked perferctly. You even have a phone to make local calls. If I had one negative point to share would be that the bathroom and kitchen would need some renovation. However, we had such a great deal for this place that we didn't mind!
I couldn't have asked (email hidden). Mateo was attentive and helpful.
I arrived at night and he was waiting for me with the keys and a very clean apartment. The apartment was small but cozy. Check in and out went like a breeze. I really enjoyed my stay in Buenos Aires.
Will recommend him to my friends.
We spend a great time in Buenos Aires. The appartment was very good; Mateo is a very nice and freindly person, who helps you. he is very uncomplicated.
The apartment was the perfect base to explore Buenos Aires. There are plenty of good eating places around and very handy shop just next door. Mateo and Kurt were also the most helpful and friendly host we could have wished for.
This is a strange review to write as we didn't actually get to stay in this exact property. Due to some mixup with the property manager and the property owner, the location was not yet ready for guests.
This review is about Mateo and his assistant Kurt. They did a great job at making the situation right. As they manage multiple properties they were able to re-locate us to a great location and met us late at night. Great guys to work with.
