The Space

Very charming studio apartment for two persons at the fourth floor with an elevator. Located in the heart of Paris, in a quiet parisian neighborhood. Close to all amenities (subway, markets, shops, bars, restaurants, museums).

It is a small apartment well appointed with a wall bed and a sofa integrated that allows you to enjoy a living room wtith a good sofa or a bedroom with a real bed that comes down a hidden spot (very easy to use, there is nothing to move in the studio before the bed comes down), a nice kitchen with a bar where you can eat, and a bathroom.
There is a lot of storage . It is a bright and sunny apartment very pleasant to live.

If you need more information on the apartment do not hesitate to ask me.

  • This was the most perfect location to stay in Paris! Walking distance to a lot of main attractions, and also nearby great local and more affordable restaurants, bakeries, markets, and shops. The metro is only a 5 minute walk and can get you anywhere in the city, including CDG airport. The space, while small, is very efficient, and offered us a place to cook-in a few times. The bed was one of the most comfortable we stayed in on our long journey (we stayed in 6 places in 3 weeks!), and it was convenient to have on-site laundry. Definitely a great value. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place or book again, next time we visit Paris!

  • This 4th floor, studio apartment in an elevator-equipped building, was exactly as pictured- clean and sleekly designed for such a small space. It was light-filled and had a comfortable and easy to use queen Murphy bed. It is located off the street and so is quiet and it is in an interesting section of this quarter, very close to both bus and metro connections with several Velib stops close by for cycling. The kitchen was reasonably equipped and a bonus was being able to do a laundry in house. The bathroom with both hand held and rain shower features had a towel warmer, a nice touch for the cool Paris mornings we had. This is excellent value for the facilities and location. Our host, Albert, met us at a cafe near by and showed us around and dealt with a couple of small concerns promptly and efficiently. We had a wonderful stay here. • We had a lovely stay in Albert's flat, very friendly and helpful host.
The flat was just perfect, very clean, luminous, very nice deco, perfect location in the centre of Paris, near by the metro. I really recommand that place :) Thanks Albert.

    Merci encore Albert!

  • The apartment was small but perfect. The location got us away from typical touristy spots and helped us explore some beautiful parts of the city. We fell in love with a nearby cafe, and really loved Albert's apartment. The bed was comfy and Albert was very helpful in orienting us when he met us with the keys.

Our only complaint (it's just a small one) is that some necessary items were in short supply or missing completely at the apartment. There was no toilet paper, and the hand soap was almost empty. We messaged Albert about this and didn't receive any response during our stay. If you're staying here (and you should!), make sure you ask Albert to double-check inventory levels before handing you the keys.

  • This was our first airbnb experience, so we were keen to book somewhere with lots of nice reviews in a good place, at a reasonable price. This was the one for us and we had a superb visit. Albert is really helpful and met us exactly when we wanted. We did have some difficulty getting in touch beforehand, but my advice would be to trust Albert as he's very reliable! He'll be where and when you agreed to meet!

The neighbourhood is great - if you don't know Paris, don't stress too much, all you need to know is that this is a good spot and everything is walk-able, we spent a long time strolling the streets of Paris. The metro is very close if you prefer, and there are many shops and eateries nearby. This isn't a super touristy area, but you can be in the heart of all that in ten minutes (by foot).

The studio is just as the photos suggest, although I think it was maybe a tiny bit smaller than I had imagined? Everything was perfectly formed and we'd definitely stay here if we went back to Paris again.

    Thanks Albert!

  • Albert's place was perfect for us. It's a wonderful apartment with everything you could possibly need at a great location. It's steps away from terrific restaurants and the metro. It's also a short walk from rue Mouefftard where you can stroll and shop in a quaint little area for anything from cheese to leather bags. This was my first experience using Airbnb and Albert was just as all the other reviewers had stated: warm, friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was nice. We appreciated his helpful tips and assistance. He met us just as he said, and we had no problems at all getting the key to his apartment. We would absolutely come back and stay at this charming apartment, thank you Albert!

  • Albert met us at coffee shop at a metro station (right near the apartment) and he generously bought us coffee after a red-eye flight from the U.S. How nice! :) He took us to the apartment which was less than five minutes away. The apartment was PERFECT for two people. It was clean, modern and nicely decorated and everything in the apartment worked perfectly. The bed was super comfortable and I slept like a rock each night. The apartment is located in the a wonderful neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops. It's also located right near the end of the most charming street I've seen in Paris - Rue Mouffetard (a pedestrian only walkway with great shops and restaurants). Albert is genuinely a nice guy with an apartment that is just perfect and comfortable and in a quiet part of the neighborhood. This is a true neighborhood (away from the touristy stuff). But you could still walk or take the metro to many key sites. I really felt like a Parisien for a few days. :) Will I stay here again? That is a definite YES!

  • My fiancee and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Albert's apartment. The bed was very comfy and the location was perfect. What more could you ask for? It was clean, we did a little cooking, the building felt safe, and Albert is a stand up guy!

Stay at Albert's in Paris. You won't regret it.
