Great apartment, very clean, modern and stylish. Location was unbeatable. Host LC was very helpful and accommodating.
This is a great place to stay. Having a parking space is an added (website hidden) made sure we had no trouble with our arrival and let us know she was available to help with any concerns we might have.
If you're looking for the PERFECT place to stay during your visit to Seattle, this is it.
I've stayed at a lot of AirBnB properties over the past couple of years, and this is the kind of experience that keeps me coming back. Before I booked this wonderful little studio, I kept looking at the photos, and the description, and the location, and the price...looking for a catch. There's no catch. The pictures are exactly what you will walk into. The location is exactly as close to everything you want to visit as it says it is. The price is exactly as low as it seems. And I can't wait to come back for a visit!
LC made the process from booking to checking in to checking out as stress-free as possible, and her communication answered questions before I could even ask them.
I wish I could tell you something that you might need to know before staying here to make your booking decision easier, but she has everything covered. Oh. Here's a tip. If you don't know where to grab a bite to eat when you get into town, just ask LC. She made several recommendations for us, and after settling on dinner at Black Bottle (two blocks up, one block to the right...three minute walk), we were not disappointed! Hit Pike Place up for breakfast in the morning if you don't mind the long (seriously, five minutes) walk. :)
Thanks for making everything easy on us! Can't wait to come back!
Studio was nice and quiet, although a little bit dark. Good location, close to restaurants and downtown Seattle. This thing about not telling anyone in the building that this was an Airbnb rented studio was disturbing.
Elsie was a great host. She let us check in early and was very responsive on questions. Jesse, the concierge at door was a very nice guy and happy to assist in anything.
LC's condo was comfortable, stylish and in just the most fun part of Seattle. With our own private parking spot! We had a large rental, and it was a very easy spot to get in and out of. There were a couple of festivals on, including the Hemp festival right across the road, so outside parking was at a premium, but we just came and went by car and on foot as we pleased. Don't worry about the security rules - they are just what all the residents do, and it's super easy, also we did not get any sense that anyone including two concierges (over 3 days) were interested in anything other than helping us have a great stay. No one asked who we were visiting or which unit. There is even tourist info in the foyer, so the residents are used to visitors. What no one seems to mention is the great gym included in your stay!! Top quality equipment, and a very welcome workout after several weeks travelling. We would definitely return and highly recommend LC's hospitality.
Lc's apartment was great - very clean and well maintained. Her instructions were explicit (!) and everything worked smoothly.
The area was excellent with easy access to sights, the market, and a great variety of bars and restaurants. Belltown is definitely an area that we would stay in when we visit Seattle again.

About the Host, Lc
I am a working professional living in Seattle enjoying downtown living. I enjoy meeting new travelers and giving them tips on where to go and eat while they are in Seattle. Specially the ones that are not mentioned in travel books/sites, the hidden spots only Locals would know. :)
